^^ That's true dear Sheems..... but bholu does not know ....like us.... whether suhana has accepted him as a husband as till now he is only her official husband.... agreed what u r saying if it wud have been any other ordinary pair....Suhana being a TB makes this pair extraordinary and bholu will take some time to understand her feelings towards him obviously she too needs to make it obvious to him for him to give her attention in solitude......😆

Moreover suhana too reminded ishaan about that official word in morning when ishaan gave her money to buy that dress and not only that she also continue with her antiques by saying that " agar tum apni official wife ke liye itna kar rahe ho to apni real wife ke liye kya kya karonge"
Now , we must think that what interpretation poor ishaan should have made from these kind of suhana's word , nothing naa ,agar suhana aisi battein karengi toh ishaan kaise samjhenga ki suhana is liking him,.
