The episode starts with Saro giving tea to Dushyanth, who praises that he didn't have such a tasty tea in life. She then walks towards kitchen and thinks she forgot mobile in Manu's room. Then she walks towards Manu's room first but goes back to kitchen & starts cleaning dishes. Sapna repeatedly peeps out. Saro notices this & asks if she's waiting for someone. She says no and thinks it's already 1.5 hours do after 30 min, Manu will be dead. Nijhara enters & asks if the dishes are washed. Saro replies yes. Sapna picks fruits from fridge & says she will keep it in Manu's room. Nirjhara says Manu can't even have water. Sapna says patient gets well soon if fruits and flowers are kept in their room. She comes to Manu's room but doesn't find spray pump. She sres it outside room & wonders if Saro has kept it out.

Saro sees Nirjhara preparing prasad and offers she'll prepare it. Nirjhara says only who does pooja has to prepare it and she can't even hear any sound while eating prasad. Dushyanth comes and suddenly starts praising Nirjhara. He also suggests that Saro should be like her MIL. She says to Nirjhara that she'll give meds to Manu and return soon.

While Saro goes to Manu's room, finds chillies still left to dry & saris not ironed yet so gets busy. Somu notices het & thinks madamji is working hard to serve his family. He decides to help her & give meds to Manu. He walks towards Manu's door. Meanwhile Saro too comes. He says we both will go & give meds. They open door & are stunned to see Manu eating apples. They both thinks that Manu got conscious & call whole family. Whole family gathers around Manu. Nirjhara & Saro thank god. Saro tells Manu that she didn't mean to harm Manu. Dushyanth cheers saying this house's problem is gone now. Sapna is nervous thinking if Manu saw that she was trying to kill her & will tell others.

Somu asks Manu how is she feeling now. She asks who is Manu & who are they all. All are surprised as she can't recall anything from,past. Saro cries that Manu's condition is because of her. Nijhara asks her not to worry as Manu will remember everything soon. Manu holds somu's hand & asks if he knows who is she. Daadi suggests Dushyanth to call Sangram, she may identify him. Dushyanth says he'll. Manu asks Dushyanth if he is his father. Dushyanth says no use as she even forgot his father's face. Saro mourns again. Somu says he will call doctor.

Doctor checks Manu and says she got out of coma due to god's grace & soon her memory will also be back. Somu says he will drop doctor out now. But Manu asks him to stay with her & praises for his smile and asks if he is married. He says yes. She asks to whom. He says madamji. Manu slips angrily saying that Delhi wali, then starts acting again. Saro sends Somu out and asks Manu if she got back her memory. Manu then pretends to be confused.

Precap: Sapna sneaks into Manu's room thinking she is still alive but lost memory. She turns to see Manu standing. She says she can identify her as yamraj's daughter.
