The episode starts with doctor informing Dushyanth that Somu's injury got poisonous & it's affecting other parts as well, so his hand may have to be amputated. Dushyanth gets worried for Somu.
Sapna comes to give Manisha food where she sees her dancing on western music holding somu's photo. She thinks she will enjoy her wedding night with his photo itself & if she conceives before her, FIL won't spare her. Manisha says she could not dance in her marriage, so she's dancing now. Sapna leaves giving her food. She later complains to Dadi and Nirjhara that Sapna is dancing awkwardly. Manisha comes down with food and throws it on them saying who has cooked this
food which isn't suitable for her house's animals even. They all deny. She keeps yelling that she won't touch such rubbish food. Saro comes there & says she shouldn't insult food. Manisha says it may be eaten in her poor house but in her house, even animals don't touch this food. Saro leaves. Sapna flatters her for confronting Saro. She orders Sapna to cook yummy dishes. Daadi says she will cook instead.
Saro is tensed for Somu & thinks of calling doctor. Manisha comes & holds knife on her neck. She says she was going to cut apples with it and says she's her sautan. Saro says she has married Somu's photo which is meaningless to her, hence she's not her sautan . Manisha says she was chosen for somu first and wore his name's locket, thus she's his first wife. She says bullet should have hit Saro instead of Somu. They continues to fight & Manisha warbs Saro to go back to Delhi. She says she will go back to Delhi with Somu soon. Manisha says it's her dream. Saro says let us see.

In hospital, doctor tells Dushyanth that he has called a specialist. Dushyanth calls Nirjhara to get 2 lakhs from locker and give it to Bhaskar. She asks why so much. He says somu's full body has been infected, so specialist advised to amputate his hand to save his life. She asks worriedly whether her son will be saved after this. He says yes and asks her to send money soon. Whole family hears her conversation & starts crying. Saro asks what happened to Somu and why didn't she inform her first. Manisha yells that she need not worry for her husband.
