If all the Saraswatichandra characters were drugs that came with a warning label,
what would they be?
1. Saras - extremely addictive, can cause increased heart beat, mostly highly pleasing,
but occasionally available in different packaging, users are advised to stay away from
kartar and Chandri packaging, as they can cause heartburn and acidity.
Mostly available in pink.
2. Kumud - can have a highly volatile reaction with Saras,
that can induce tears.
Can also turn ice cold unexplicably.
Has a tendency to disappear from the shelf frequently and
leave behind cheap shoddy imitations
3. Kusum - unpredictable, and liable to change behavior without adequate warning.
Can be highly inflammable and combustible.
Avoid leaving any sharp instruments around her, if conditions are unfavourable.
4. Kalika - though touted as a power drug,
has actually shown no effect whatsoever,
has an unpalatable look and is known to have an obnoxious odor and taste.
Available in garish rainbow colors and causes headache and eyesore in users
5. Guman - the package looks highly elegant and is available in a shapely bottle.
Once opened, is extremely bitter and a people repellent.
Never use in combination with Kumud as it causes an exothermic reaction.
Avoid mixing with kalika as the combination can cause nervous breakdown
and extreme distress in Saras users.
6. Kabir - this mystery drug, is currently claimed to be a wonder drug
to cure the symptoms of LNitis and Gumanohrrea,
but it's true combination is as yet unknown.
It seems to form a useful mixture with Saras, and causes comatose symptoms in LN,
but it's too early to know the real effects of this drug.
The drug is gumanophilic and can supposedly neutralize the harmful effects of Guman.
So bhaiyon and behnon, these are my labels for the saraswatichndra pharmaceuticals.
