'SaraswatiChandra' gets biggest ever ratings in UK
The much awaited wedding in SaraswatiChandra' between Saras and Kumud last night translated in celebrations amongst UK audiences as record-high viewership was recorded.
The fiction got the biggest ever ratings for a fiction in the last six months on any UK Asian TV channel. At 19:30 last night, 297,600 viewers tuned into Star Plus to see the wedding. The show peaked further to 343,200 viewers. The audience is set to grow further in the coming days as twists and turns continue ahead of the actual wedding ceremony.
The revamped Saathiya' series at 19:00 with its six-year leap is also paying off with 235,700 viewers tuning in, followed by Diya Aur Baati Hum' at 21:00 with 208,500 viewers.
