What is "haq" of a person on another person, it's not like kumud desai is showing her haq on saras for something like what to eat, what to wear or were to go.

Agar haq insaan ko kisike behalf mein decisions lene ki azadi deta hai, that means the person is either your family, husband (or like) or your kids for whom you are taking the decision for the ultimate benefit of their own good. My mind rejects the idea of kumud doing the same for saras as haq when she talks about her not-at-all decent sister involvement with saras.

She is simply misusing the love and trust saras has on her at this point.
