You have raised great questions as usual.

The episodes are getting repetitive. But, one good thing is that Kumud is crying. hopefully that will end soon as they cant keep her crying all the time.

RN people are backward. Kalika is there for no reason but make things nasty. But, its still the reality. Its a closed world out there in that village. A person can be progressive but cant go far ahead from the society he or she lives. Saras and Danny have a different exposure. But Kumud? She is stuck. She has every reason to feel suffocated and dejected.

Her act is questioned at every other moment. Her family is suffering. There is Dugba's precedence.

I only wish Kumud's breakdown ends in something we want to see. Pramad chapter needs to be closed. I was worried yesterday when she said why doesnt he got out of my mind. When things hit rock bottom, Kumud should not consider Pramad option in any way. That will be yucky.

We can also see Dugba is down and low at the moment. From day 1 we all wanted Kumud not to face Dugba's fate.

Saras is taking up this issue quite early. Hope he delivers this time even if it takes some time.

What I hated was showing the entire Desai clan, including Kumud, shown as too defensive and portraying that they were just a step away from being actually ashamed...as if Pramad was the milk of human kindness...or kumud has done something which they cannot answer to!

They seemed to more or less accept the Daag logic...and counters were made in the mosr perfunctory manner...

While I would love Saras and Kumud marrying for love, and just out of love,. I think that was not to happen.

The only way the Samud union will keep the TRP aunties and us happy together was a realisaion of love, an acceptance and then a catalyst to push them into a speedy marriage.

Because lets face it, the TV viewing aunties are like the market wali aunty, who has a problem with a girl walking out of one marriage into another and SP is not going to rock the boat in anyway.

And as for the market scene, small town mentality is quite like this, not so in your face maybe, but the thinking pretty much still exists, and I have seen this in my work a lot.

The only thing I wished that someone had the gumption to stoop to Kalikas level and expose a few hard truths about her, That would have shut her up good and proper

Hgg, how do you fight people who talk crap in the name of morality and decency?

How do you stoop to the level of kalika and do tu tu main main with the likes of her?

Its not like they accept the daag logic, its an acceptance of peopel will talk carp and you cant argue with them all.

I liked it whe Guniyal said, Kumud is your ahadow and she will not live with a wrong man.

So they support their girls, are not going to give in to pressure, but they cant argue back for those khoti kaki types are garrulous and too block headed to leason to reason anyway.

So I can relate to Kumuds helplessness at all the crap that she and her family have to listen to.

Even if they want to have a balance...and become a Me-Too show...Why not show the lesser of the two evils?...for e.g. BDs coming and saying we got you into this mess, the divorce papers are signed, we will give kanyadan at your remarriage to saras...I hear this is the in thing nowadays

Why do they have to take the Daag step for the catalyst?...

By bringing this as catalyst...and showing Saras as taking the step / courage / decision to contemplate marriage / ask her hand in marriage purely because Kumud is going Boo Hoo over the Daag / Kalank nautanki...

...As CVs they have spat on the entire ordeal of Kumud & her family when she was married, her struggle, her decision to walk out, her courage...and white-washed all of Pramad's evils...

...By actively suggesting that despite everything Pramad stood for...when you walked out you are the one at fault...

I too felt the same for a minute. That Saras's reaction was kind of based on Kumud's misery. But then, it was not sudden. He first stepped back. Then she made him come back. Then he stepped back again, and he realised he cant stay back for long. So that tussle was shown.

Saras's line that 'Kumud mere bina adhuri hai' is actually apt. That shows he got back that haq on her. And that only comes when there is love.

Totally agree with you santhi. If he had said 'kumud ko meri zaroorat hai' then that's clear cut obvious that he is doing it just to shut pple up but it's come so suddenly that the only thing that makes sense is he is doing it more so kumud does not have to live with this daag.

N humaari tez dhaar will react like a bomb in this situation as she won't want that saras has to 'rescue' her.
