Lovely CB...as usual... much much better than the epi...

Watching epis is now becoming a Ho-hum affair for me now...feel that one day will just chuck it all...main reason is because I know TRP logic will eventually triumph in the end...

SP should thank you...I see an epi nowadays purely basis your CB...

So the CVs tried to revisit 2 scenes (Blast from the Past)...but are leaving TRP toxic markers..

1) The Tumhare Saath Ghar Jaana Hai...A scene similar to the Kusum Birthday scene...which conveyed the same feelings of both and which KICKED OFF the process of both letting thier guard down for the first time and realising that they actually like each other..

...But now dusted off...and closed with Saras trying to back off...😭

2) The Chunni in Nail...Again a scene similar to the first time Kumud goes to request Saras not to leave (After the fire)...And Saras freeing her Chunni...

... But now the chunni gets torn...Is this a marker?...😕

3) Saras... I can understand his love for Kumud and his aim to avoid controversy by being seen in close physical contact with Kumud in public...

... But why oh why does he not express what he feels in private?...Kumud is free of Pramad reform ideals...Has forgiven him...And is making attempts to reconnect...

... Yeh logic kuch samaj nahin aati?...This is definitely a marker ...Both these dobas will not express themselves...and kusum missile will come from nowhere and blast them badly...

... I have been desperately waiting for an explicit and clear expression of love by either or both...But that is not forthcoming... 😭

AND WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS DOBA???
What Log Kya Kahenge shit logic...Kumud is divorced now remember!!!!!!!!!!
Please go and tell her you love her you light-bulb...rather than all the Sorry gigs...

4) Kusum...On one hand I can empathise with the process by which a person falls in love...It is mostly never in your control...So I get it...

HOWEVER...I feel that there is a Pre-Love stage...(Oh...I recollect a previous CB thread from the glory days when we had debated the entire process of how people fall in love...and what aspects are rational & what are not!!!... )

...To summarize some of my points from that conversation...
- there is a stage before you even decide you want to fall in love with the other person...
- a stage when your feelings for the other person are just becoming apparent to you & your conscious mind..
- and just before you may decide that you want to fall in love...after which the irrational & emotional side will take over...
- WHEN your rational mind ALWAYS makes a quick trade-off analysis...sort of like a self-check if the decision you want to desperately take (i.e. Yes. I love person x/y) is the right decision...
- This step may finish in seconds / minutes...but it is there...you consider all known and unknown factors...decide the risk is worth it...and then take the plunge by falling in love..
- This decision step was so agonisingly long for both saras & kumud in the show earlier..😛

I don't see Kusum being shown as going through that process...One fne day she's in love & Meera...now looking longingly at becoming Rukmini..

I don't like this angle at all...

- Today the CVs deliberately brought in the old scene in FB with Kusum saying I would not have said no...
- More dangerously...under the guise of confusion, I love my didi etc...Kusum has raised the ante quite a bit...She has (i) stopped mentioning its wrong (ii) was reluctant to consider marriage (iii) has started making sad faces when marriage came up...

- I expect 'social status' angle (hinted in the pre-cap) making Kumud feel more guilty ...which in turn will make Saras feel more guilty...With both trying to make amends with more self-sacrifice...😭

- I would not be surprised if TRPs rise further...that Kusum starts becoming a Grey character...Because under the current circumstances Kusum cant come out in the front and say what she feels...And except for severe extenuating circumstances (like someone getting blamed Pramad death for e.g) I also don't see Kumud sacrificing Saras to Kusum...

- Also after Pramad signing the divorce papers...Kumud mentally divorced from Pramad...Alak, BD & SD walking out...BD giving all his money to Pramaad...I believe that track is also done

So this Kusum thingie is now a major TRP trap...the CVs are going to go full-speed on this path...Alas..there seems to be no escape...🤢...

5) Net Net...I see this going the Muqqadar Ka Sikander route...all One - Way street with respect to Love...with everyone going round and round...

Family <-- Kumud <-- Saras <-- Kusum <-- Danny <-- Kumari <-- Umesh <-- Umesh's wife (put these guys here for fun but that's how ridiculous this looks now)...

.. Noticed the Danny - Kusum - Kumari exchanges...CVs are trying out this option too...Just wishin the TRPs fall...in which case they might open up the Danny - Kusum track

Each Jodi I have seen on screen so far has their own level of love, intensity. Gautam and Jenny have made samud come alive! N given them their own mark. Samud's love is eternal n that ehsaas of true love...one where watching them hug, you feel butterflies in your stomach...u feel like u are part of that scenes. All thanks to Gautam and Jenny's amazing acting. They act with passion.with their heart n soul. Hats off!

Gautam..just when I think I can't fall for u even further, you surprise me n I keep on falling!

I was very scared yesterday itself. Kusum's bechaari act looked scary yesterday. so this girl says it loud because Kumud n Saras are not in a marital relationship now? If they were married she wouldnt have done this right?

Yesterday I said that its to be seen where Kumud's guilt will stop. The guilt that her family is suffering due to her. And Badi kaki is there to stoke the fire. Kusum's rishta from an old man will come and Kumud wont like it. And more guilt tripping.

Now we can compare Kumud and Kusum. Kumud always tried hard to stop herself from expressing. Because of the hurt it might cause her family(before marriage wrt. Saras). Kusum is the opposite. She said it loud. Kumud never even talked to herself because she knew the answers that will come in her mind will unsettle her. Kusum has no problem. She thinks she is already doomed for life and this 'dil ka ghaav'(when Saras was consoling her) will never go.

Kusum's bechaari act + Kumud's guilt = Sure recipe for domesday scenario.

But we are prepared and have ranted enough. Saras is the key.

You questioned Kumud's ladaai very beautifully. Very apt.

Back story:
This is from the days I was mesmerized by SC...(confession I hardly ever see Hindi shows...and yet I was getting pulled into this magical realm created by SLB)... I had a critical client negotiation coming up the next day and I was in the middle of a all-nighter preparing the data / nego strategy...

..and somewhere around mid-night I had said ..Screw It...and prepared this HD VM...downloading epis...editing...and setting this to the haunting Mera Mann cover female version of Nautanki Saala...Sung by Tulsi Kumar...the daughter of Gulshan Kumar of T-series fame...I am still amazed how few people know about this version...what lilt in the voice!...much much better than the male cover version...

So yeah...this was all SLB's doing...

p.s. negotiation went of very well too... I was in a state of bliss then...Did not care ...I had achieved something the previous night through the VM...koi multi-million dollar contract kya choti baat thi...

...which the opposing person mistook as confidence...and blinked first...😉
