Bold: Agreed. But it is just a constructive way to complete our remaining journey with SC... I'm lucky that it has got so much interest. Plus AK as director is a huge motivating factor too. His directorial style is very distinctive and pleasing =)

And a great learning for all of us, so many things that go into making every scene, it's really fascinating.

After ipk ended and we were all suffering from Barun withdrawal symptoms, Lalit Mohan gave and interview where he talked about the Arnav Khushi chemistry

And how it is all about camera and lighting and how romance is created, he was lambasted and bashed out.

I too was guilty of making some scathing posts against him, Pehle Ivy se paath padh liya hota, tod LM ko itna bash nahi karti!

In the Pramad-Kumud scene did AK put his best-foot forward, was there a special 'mise-en-scene' (like for example, Arnav-Khushi kind) created? Or was it a 'director's dismissal' while the Saras-Kumud scene was lingered upon?

Arshi,

So you liked the Saras-Kumud scene today.

I liked it for different reasons. But disliked it for many other reasons.

Saras felt weak again and was crying in front of his shradh vedi/mandap. Was feeling like, what happened to me. His astitva as Saraswatichandra is not just Kumud's lover but Saraswati's beta. For that moment, I liked him on how it struck him and he was himself and Kumud not in picture.

Then comes madam. While he was distraught. And tries to console a little. After all it was his promise that made her do it. Then quickly changes her tone to one of euphoria. Is she insane or I dont know what to say.

Saras's advice is mouthed as Pramad's who is clueless about it. Looks like he didnt even mouth them. I think Kumud said it to BD that it was PRamad's advice. And she thanks him and gives a giggle about the victory Pramad achieved at Saras's expense. She was trampling on him all over. It was like she was walking over his remains towards Pramad.

Well, Kumud knows Saras can do everything he can and will be relieved. But when a person is down in the dumps, she can't share her genuine happiness and giggles.

Then Saras didnt stay quiet either. He gave an almost below-the-belt reply saying who are you thanking. Naveen or Saras. That brought her back to the dark reality again and couldnt stand it. Felt bad for her for just that moment.

So both had their weak moments there. Which is what I liked. But didnt like Kumud's stupidity. Woh badlenge, unhe vishwas karne ki zaroorat hai and what not. She is singing a completely different tune after returning from RN. Looks like she is the one with lowest IQ now.

Rs 10000 ka kangan. Kahan milta hai. Sone ka tho nahin hoga.

Pramad asking Moorakhdas to save the havan firewood and Moorakhdas's expression. Hint of things to come and also of PRamad's mind.

Didnt like how they did shraadh yesterday at all. Pramad was exposed there itself. And today that belief was reinforced.

Yeah Danny is the only saving grace.

It's a great series but like all sp shows, after the first 8 months, down slide started, so be warned of that.

But even at its worst, it was awesome!
