As for Kumd, there is one main reason why people have gone off her:

Her ego (which even her mother has pointed out to her will only bring trouble).

Could not accept the fact that a guy could refuse her witohout seeing her face

Hadto get married to show that she has the capacity to get a great marriage in a famous family.

Cannot accept that her decision was wrong and has to win at all cost, even if it means getting humiliated in the process.

Only hope the story moves forward and gets out of the BD mansion. I feel like its trapped there and really needs to be rescued.

I agree with you here. Kumud blamed and taunted the man she loved till her words dried out . But she is willingly accepting the bad behavior of Pramad just because he is her pati parmeshwar .

TOday Saras blackmailing Kalika with some lame stuff IE. gold-silver coins, money etc etc VS the bigger secret him and his ex lover Kumud who is DIL of Dharmadhikari family...LOL I was laughing at Saras bullying Kalika with silly stuff.
