well i liked the scene when kumud came into saras' room poor guy thought shes come to call truce hence that lovely undertone 'Kumud' and walking with a quickstep towards her ...but her ;Navinchandraji' almost stopped him midway n there was even a glimmer of anger on his face for a sec... .kumud is so going to repent later

arshi and cb wasiyon ... i too went nostalgic yesterday with Saras so have made this...do see when u have time...i am sure u will feel better

Earlier Kumud would just barge into Saras' room, now she knocks! But still needs an excuse to talk to him... found her dialogues to Saras a bit weird..." I am still the same". They were more to convince herself.


Agree with Adiani, BD might have connected the dots, asked the police to shut the case and keep the matter hidden for now... could be for his own advantage.


Kumud's sarees and jewellery are an eyesore to say the least.

I am one of the silent member of this forum and from USA. Like all of you I also like SC show very much and never miss this show. In fact it is my first and only indian show I watch. You guys are so so much talented and dedicated and it is so amazing to read this CB thread which gives totally different dimension to the actual episode.

I always look eagerly to read this thread and am eagerly waiting to see discussion from IVY over this weekend once she recovers from her sickness and also some view point of Smarth Bhai as you all call him. I hope you both do not mind me taking the liberty of addressing you both as others call you in this forum.

This show is not as popular here as in UK but has some dedicated viewers still. I also hope that story should change from original novel and unite Saras and Kumud. I am not teenager but this show has brought my teenage back but with so much of maturity.

- liked alpha saras. Fits very well with my observation of exact role reversal. Liked that he just tells her he won't leave till she's safe. Just like kumud never used to listen to saras earlier.

- REALLY like that nowadays kumud just comes over and walks into his room whenever she feels like it...just like she used to do earlier.

- Do not like kusum coming to BD angle...that was a scenario I had thought of in previous CBs...incompletely healed kumud and saras exposed because kusum & sunny turn up..pramad & kalika getting a handle to go all out against samud ..

- Add to that BD really looked like he has put the pieces together regarding saraswatichandra & naveenchandra being the same person...

However, the BDs have just got a new set...so hoping that if SLB wants to use the set for a long time (paisa vasooli), the exposure due to kusum might not happen yet...

- Are we moving towards a sunny - kusum track?...too early to say, but these two have started to spend more and more time together.. :-)

- One thing is now sure...we are following the novel to a T...kalika, pramad's married lover (Padma?) in the works, pramad as unredeemable, pramad getting more violent and abusive...so looks like more troubles for kumud in store...

- And what's with the garish sarees, ugly jewellery and plastic look for kumud?
Is there a cinematic design logic behind this?..
- sort of portraying the BDs as a sort of nouveau rich with no deep cultural roots but aspiring to / trying to flaunt a deemed class & culture through expensive but tasteless clothes & jewellery
- or trying to be as trashy and gaudy as women in other high trp serials to again appeal to the trp aunties

Yesterday's blue saree and draping was so so bad...looked very much like a Parsee and that too something out of the 50's or earlier...
