Hey shana... Also, Shiny Doshi (Kusum) is shooting for a movie at the same time. So her schedule is being juggled. Kumari might not, but Kusum, I feel, is the CV's weapon of choice against us hapless viewers... She always gets brandished to raise our blood pressures up. I dunno, but I have a feeling that Kusum's re-entry this time signifies something major... But I could be wrong. Let's see =)

I could drag you from the ocean,
I could pull you from the fire
And when you're standing in the shadows
I could open up the sky
And I could give you my devotion
Until the end of time
And you will never be forgotten
With me by your side

And I don't need this life
I just need'

I've got nothing left to live for
Got no reason yet to die
But when I'm standing in the gallows
I'll be staring at the sky
Because no matter where they take me
Death I will survive
And I will never be forgotten
With you by my side

Cause I don't need this life
I just need'

Somebody to die for
Somebody to cry for
When I'm lonely

When I'm standing in the fire
I will look him in the eye
And I will let the devil know that
I was brave enough to die
And there's no hell that he can show me
That's deeper than my pride
Cause I will never be forgotten
Forever I'll fight

And I don't need this life
I just need'

Somebody to die for
Somebody to cry for
When I'm lonely

And I don't need this life
I just need'

Somebody to die for
Somebody to cry for
When I'm lonely

Don't go gentle into that good night
Rage on against the dying light

Iviewer, smrth, adiani, reemz, arshi...

many thx...feel better after reading your posts..specially Iviewer...superlative as usual, and probably indicating a thought process at work by CVs (at least that's what I am assuming as I enter my bubble again!)...

i guess the continuation of the unrelenting sullen and grieving atmosphere and treadmill effect (thx arshi for that description) just got to me yesterday...

...good there is a therapy group for assistance here on CB thread...

Really liked the lines you have choosen (Meera Bai- Prem Diwani Meera, she is amongst my inspirational people list) so apt for kumud's situation. She is burning inside, she is loving and hating him at the same time so complexed, she will remain the same until she gets al the answers for saras betrayal, and the questions u have asked, well i think she doesn't have a reason to move on from this marriage right now she has choosen it becoz to save the honor of her parents, though saras has returned but she doesn't know the real reason behind his decision may be then the change of heart is possible, and i don't think she will move on from this marriage (becoz i think cvs will follow the lines, shadi ke baad usii ghar se arthi bhi uthti hai) but this can be by nature itself by killing paramd, and making her way clear.

Arshi, wonderful post and the apt lines Meera ke bajan. Thanks for sharing it. I managed to catch up the episode only today with re-telecast. After watching it, the only thought which came was "caught between the devil and the deep blue sea". This is where Kumud is now. She closed the door on Saras face saying me and my husband want to be alone, but inside the closed doors she was alone standing in between her husband on one side and Saras on the other. She can't start a new life with her husband since he doesn't want her, she can't forgive Saras since he has hurt her deeply. It is only the love for him which is dragging her life but still killing her.
I am almost thinking Pramad is not a bad character. He didn't want to marry, he was living a life enjoying with his maid and no responsibilties. Why was he pushed into this ? Yesterday BD even says his son is worse than a dog, so by marrying Kumud to him did BD think he can turn his son into a new leaf or hide his son's actions behind a Susheel, Sundar bahu, a piece to be shown as a prestige to the family.
Saras, you want to wipe everything off with a sorry but the mistake you have done is not so small. It hurts him to see her in this place, it hurts him to see her with some one, it hurts him to see her in this pain but the clock can't be winded back. I am not still understanding what he is trying to do nowadays. He wants to apologize to Kumud but why mingle so much with BD's family, when ever they come to know of the truth he will surely be in big trouble .So instead of giving them a false image why not atleast stay apart.
I sometimes feel both Saras and Kumud have lost their minds. Kumud should stay away from him but can't seem to and Saras should stay away from her but is not willing to.
Ajeeb dastha he ye, kahan shuru kahan khatam...
All the others, wonderful post by all of you. CB has now become like Samud, can't be together always but can't walk away as well 😉

@iviewer

Read your post on my phone while at work. Re read it now again after getting back home.

You are also tops in the jadugar list. It is a mind opener to read your posts, so many new points revealed, so many symbols and emotions explored, so much that was left unsaid brought to the surface - pure magic!

Unfortunately, the timing is such that I am not able to respond to your post many times. There is so much that I want to discuss further, appreciate, question in your thought provoking posts, but it's not really possible while I am at work. By the time I get home and settle down with my iPad, it's time for the next episode, so I just let it be!

Just thought today I will let you know how much I love what you write, reading you is now an indispensable part of enjoying SC. And I read your post multiple times, even though I don't respond to on some days, but that's only because of time constraint. By joining the CB family you have inspired all of us to take our own posts several notches higher!

So thank you much dear IViewer !

Very well written shubsmayur, and good answers, but somewhere I don't agree with this whole premise of hiding the truth about abusive relationships from family.

It can be very damaging in the long run and its always better to walk away from such relationships!

Kumud is going to hurt her family far more by keeping quiet, there are so many wrong decisions that she is taking in her traumatized state!

Kaadal, loved your explanation of the door close scene, it highlights Kumud conflicting emotions so well. I too have a lot of sympathy for pramaad, with a dad like that, anybody would be messed up!

Agree with your point that Saras and Kumud have lost their minds, and are treading a very dangerous path.

Taking the song further - mubaraken tum hain ke tum kisi ke noor ho gaye

Kisi ke itne paas ho ke sab se door ho gaye- that's the impression Saras got from Kumud last night!

I'm not sure why the wrongdoing of the child is somehow blamed on the parents?! Are they always to blame? Budhi and his wife are decent people. Has Budhi treated Pramad so bad that he has become a physical abuser? If Budhi spoke to him like that then maybe it's because of how Pramad actually behaves. I'm sorry but blaming the parents for the child's wrongdoings is unfair. Being useless is one thing but he's also an alcoholic, he wants his wife to die and I'm pretty sure he is the one trying to kill her. Sympathy for him? Not from me right now.
