Is Kumud a liberated and enlightened woman?

Early on in the show Kumud was shown to be an empowered woman. A teacher who introduced her village/town school student to computers and the world.

But now is she too chicken to walk the empowered way?

Cvs r suffering from Alzheimer. They have forgotten who was Kumud in the beginning. She is now a bahu whose sole responsibility is to take up her sassumaa's job n straighten her son!! Pathetic!!

Seems like typical soap as soap rule how much the girl empowered before mrg after mrg forgets her power n abt herself in d race of ideal biwi,bahu n becoming mahan *yawns*

highly disappointed by kumud's character change :( I know it's little too early to judge. But I can see her turning into typical SP bahu material 🥱And even her new look is so behenji type 😆

So it would appear that she quit her job? seems inconsistent, that she suddenly walks into a whole new character one who succumbs wholly to the traditional role of a bahu, as if it is a requisite for every female in a serial to be helplessly submissive and repressed by intimidation if husband turns out to be a bas***d. Maybe its too early to judge her actions, but it would be out of her character if she falls into that category. Then again she has gone through a drastic change, her will has been weakened because of this so it may take time to recover and realise what shes dealing with.
