Crisp Bytes SC - 3rd July 13

Sorry Arshi for taking so long to edit my post.. It's been a busy day.. I saw glimpses of the episode and got so excited that I reserved a spot but then didn't want to comment before watching the full episode.. So finally I did.. 😃

You know what I liked about the episode as a whole? the flow of scenes..they blended well with each other, one into another and the pace was perfect from start to finish..

Jen's make up has gotten much better and she actually looks like a glowing bride now..

Saras and Guman's confrontation scene - SUPERB! Not just acting but the whole outcome of the scene.. So Saras can do 2+2 LOL He knows everything.. Guman's fake act all these years.. he knows his father has always been manipulated by her.. the pre-ponding of the merger date and the reason for it.. he knows it all... ''apne sirf mere hi nahi mere aur Kumud ke rishte ko bhi neecha dikhaya '' Atta boy Saras !!!!! he again mentions Kumud.. This was a much needed scene..Guman let go her pretence and openly challenged him.. I hope this will motivate him to fight his demons and come out strong..for himself and for Kumud. Both Gautam and Monica dressed in black, with thunder rolling in the background, made the scene dramatically impactful..

Kudos to SLB again for superb choice of actor for the role of Buddhidhan, Pramad's father.. Great personality and intimidating screen presence... Kinda gives an idea how Pramad will be.. So it looks like they had sent a proposal to VC for Kumud's marriage to their son in the past, which VC had rejected.. On what grounds, we will know later.. Great expressions that actor had.. Conveyed everything in less than 5 minutes, with his stern glances and razor sharp words..

Just wanted to add something.. with the new article about story going to resemble Hum dil de chuke sanam, everyone's been speculating.. I was thinking what if it actually turns out like the movie, only difference being that Saras will play Vanraj who tried to help Nandini, in this case Kumud? whatever be the case, I am glad they will keep it close to the original..

LN has completely lost his mind he not be embarrassed but be covered with guilt because his wife has committed suicide because of him. Unfortunately he blinded by guaman power or "love"

That's what Guaman wanted that Saras goes back to the emotional wreck he was before he had met kumud! That way he will be too engrossed with his mother nd ditch kumud! She is too blinded by the fact of how much money she will get if she succeeds in getting Saras out of the way!

Clearly if pramad is not a negative character the story can be totally changed but as we heard form gautam that the show is going accordingly to the novel. Which in the novel he is bad! Alcoholic nd abusive! Now it will be interesting to watch how kumud deals with him as well as is in emotional pain that was given by Saras!

I still have a feeling that Saras will now become even stronger then he was before nd come out of the emotional trance nd get back at his father and especially Guaman! Once he has done that he will go nd find kumud be her strength and tell her everything that has happened!

I'm pretty sure he won't let kumud suffer like his mother had instead they will both fight the hurdles that come their way nd surely will unite. It will be a heck of journey but a journey that will be always remembered!

Gautam deserves all the praise in the world! His acting has left all of speechless nd surprised!

Arshi a lovely post for a great episode. First I have to say Gauti excelled yet again. What a performance. Loved the face off between Guman and Saras. I am happy we were right, the first time Saras bowed to touch his mother's Payal not Guman's feet and today he told it to her feet. He gave her whatever respect he can but he is done and how true his words were...his dad is blinded by Guman's love that he doesn't see what is right or wrong. LN when you realise everything you would be alone and the day Danny walks out I would be happy to see Guman's face. Until then we have to see the evil smirk on her face.

I am really glad to hear that the show will follow the original. That is the usp of this show, and to dilute the story would be murder!

I would love a stronger Saras, who stands by Kumud , but before that happens , I think there are dark days ahead for both of them

Net, net, was caught watching TV (and looking intensely unhappy) by spouse passing by. Got bemused look, but grateful that he's wise enough not to comment!

Todays epi reminded me of what you said abt gauti yesterday - he is made for this role. He is one big reason for the popularity of the show
