Kahin ki iint, kahin ka rora,

Bhanumati ne kunba joda

Stole a brick, borrowed a stone

And bhanumati has a home to call her own

Recipe of an episode

1 tsp bahu cooks for Sasur

1 tbsp two bitchy women sparring

A pinch of false tension

1 romantic scene

1 evil saas

1 innocent victim

A couple of good looking guys - to taste

1 pot to stir up troubles

1 dish to serve a celebration

Random characters to garnish

A few stock expressions - randomly selected

A lot of loud jarring background music

cooking time - 22.5 minutes

1. Step 1 : Faltu tension ki sauce

Take a bahu cooking for sasur sequence

Toss in some dirty looks from saas

Season it with tense looks from family

Freeze Sasur's face in bland expression

Add plenty of loud awful music

Stir for two minutes, till Sasur smiles

And Saas grimaces

The tension ki sauce is now ready

2. Step 2 : evil saas and innocent victim ki sabzi

Place evil saas and and bechari in a pot together

Let the favors of evil ooze out and cover the bechari

Let the pot simmer till the bechari is completely tender and cooked

3. Step 3 : Romance ka tadka

Take any romance scene from the deep freezer

Since these scenes are pre cooked to perfection

Use them as is

4. Raita of two bitchy women sparring

Garnish with tirchi nazar

Evil looks, sarcastic smiles

And inane taunts

Available off the shelf from any show archive

5. Step 5 : Garnish with shocked expressions, happy expressions, no expressions, random

expressions

6. Serve it in a platter of a pooja/shadi/sagai/party of any sorts

The dish is now ready to be served,

The taste will be exactly like that of any other show on any other channel

This dish is a favorite of TRP aunties all over the country!

it was ok but loved the kumari and danny scene there is deffo a hnt of somthing there but i thought the saras oeeking at kumud scene was cute but gumaan ruined it for me

It was a rehash of any serial anywhere, didn't work for me, at all

nice post...pura 22.5 minutes me se mujhe bas Danny aur Kumari ki woh 1o seconds hi thoda achha laga...kal taste karke dekhte hai dish kaise bani...

LOL good one Arshi :) I don't think today's episode is even worthy of a full blown CB discussion.. filler and that too quite a passe... the whole suspense over what Sasurjee is gonna say about the dish...overdone to death.. 🥱🤢 Kumari plot is also being dragged.. its like a given in every episode for the past couple of weeks, there has to be one scene with Kumari on the phone and DB or Guman overhearing her.. bhagna hai tau bhag.. Guman's petty kitchen politics is worse than grade 2 fights- meri pencil tujhse achhi..😆 even Saras Kumud's 2 min eyelocks couldn't save the episode for me.. hopefully tomorrow will be a better day..

P.S- only significant thing happening is engagement being announced.. so we have hit the point in the novel from where they part - ''engagement'' .

As is usual these days, your CB was way more entertaining than the show, Arshi! 😳

Not the desired result, eh, Mr.SLB? 😉

Btw, I loved the Masterchef theme to today's CB, very creative...⭐️

While watching the Saras-Kumud scene behind random door about what she will wear, I had the eerie feeling Saras was talking to the door...Cant be bothered to watch it again, but was the scene actually shot with each of them separately and then stitched together with a closing shot of both?
