Jennifer's reluctant to shoot intimate scenes

Well, reporters at have learnt that the cast and crew of the project are a bit worried these days. First of all, TRPs have been an issue and to make matters worse, we have learnt that the leading lady Jennifer Winget is creating problems in the process of shooting.

How exactly?

"Well, she is refusing to cooperate with her co-star Gautam Rode while performing romantic scenes. It is public knowledge that she was uncomfortable while shooting the much hyped consummation sequence, as a result it fell flat and the desired impact was not achieved."

Explaining Jennifer's reluctance, our source further says, "Apparently her better half Karan Singh Grover (KSG) does not want her to have any physical contact with her co-star, however innocuous it may be. Hence, forget a lip lock; she does not even want to kiss Gautam on the eyes or on the forehead. This will obviously affect the show in the long run as for how long can the actors create artificial chemistry."

The source added that the possessive KSG recently gave an interview where he was supposed to have said that he does not like his wife performing such (read: intimate) scenes. And when she does, he keeps a close eye on her co- star.

"Such remarks surely will not help Gautam's comfort level during shoots," added the source.

May be hubby dear's feelings can also be the reason for Jennifer pulling out from performing a romantic sequence in the upcoming Star Parivaar Awards.

Her moving out has not gone down well with the Saraswatichandra cast for they believe that awards was the best chance for the show to get desired publicity.

"Other show leads will be doing their acts, so we will lose out and what hurts more is that there are hardly any romantic shows on the channel and Saraswatichandracould have got lots of extra coverage which is needed at the moment. Officially, Jennifer maintains that she is unwell hence can't participate in the awards," the source stated.

We buzzed Jennifer, Karan and even Gautam to get their side of the story, but they all chose not to comment on the matter.

Finally before ending, the source shared, "We hope that Jennifer understands that she has an important responsibility, which affects not only her but several other crew members. If things don't get better, the channel might pull the plug on the show and then it will take a lot of time for everybody concerned to get work again."
