@ Veera - my post on Srushti's was just some additions to my post here in CB on page 1, pasting parts of it below -
Saras and LN scene was good, their bond is strengthening and they are opening up. Their scenes are heartwarming to watch. LN apology and explanation for why he was not there as a dad to Saras after his mom's death was much needed to further heal Saras emotionally. We still do not know why he was not there as a husband for Saraswati, and ofcourse how, when did he meet Guman and land up marrying her? Astute businessmen should be good judges of character, I believe. How did he believe her 'chupa hua pyaar' for him?😛 Besides his blind faith in Guman, I am really liking how LN's character has been shaping up.
Danny has been mentioned by the parents previouslybut today was the first time Guman had a conversation with him. Is he about to make an entry I wonder? I hope Danny has some of his dad's goodness and is not another grey character.
By now it is clear to most everyone that CVs of SC do not waste a single scene or episode. Everything that occurs builds up to the next track or contributes to development/growth in character or story. Where is all this heading, besides Saras proposing and Guman's accusation which are obvious? The Radha-Krishna parallel, the reading by the novice palmist, Kusum switching to Sarasji again all had an ominous ring to it. Apprehension of Samud separation to added to my discontent too. Samud were not together in one frame today either
What an absolutely lovely post! It's as beautiful as your comments on this thread, dear! 😊
Pink - yes! I actually found myself interested in Guman and Danny's conversation. Her vampish persona crumbled, and her motherly form was outwardly shining with her concern for her son. I found that was especially important today... it shows that even the CVs are thinking about making the antagonist three dimensional... that's not very common in serials, and I'm so glad they've portrayed this today. It gives us a different perspective, despite all of Guman's ghobarness 🤢
Green - today, again, emphasizing Arshi's line of drawing battle lines, was actually not a filler, but a development of the plot. Indeed there was a very ominous tone to today's episode. And although I am left feeling uneasy after today's episode, I'm still glad it happened because it very much foreshadows the mood of the show once SaMud separate (I think I'm safe to say that they will eventually.. based on all these little hints we're getting)
Purple - this was one of the reasons why I was restless... and Kumud was barely present. Now I am starting to get a taste of the bitterness of the show without Saras and Kumud together... and I don't like it one bit.
