"Insecurity" is lack of confidence or self doubt which is not being able to trust yourself, but instead being subject to your fears. Hence explaining the precap where Kumud is completely shaken. She is asking to b punished coz she has erred!!
"Trust" on the other hand, is being able to rely on the strength or integrity of a person. Kumd has loved Saras but Saras has not yet claimed that she can trust him. But still she has. In a moment of weakness she is having some doubts. Not on Saras but on herself!!
That said, i think this is absolutely normal. We all have our share of doubts, fears n insecurities which the other partner has the responsibility to re-instilled!! This is wat makes relationships work n become stronger!!

N i have infinite respect for KUMUD. At least she has it in her to say that: i am human, I am flawed and i need help. Help me mom to see clearer because i am in a mess!!

I have not made an assumption! I replied to that person like that because he/she suggested that that is why Kumud is crying! if that is the case I am totally pissed off
