Next she wants Kumud to help Saras

Has she no thought about what it can do to Kumud?

Since yesterday this has been nagging me

Kumud suffers his bad behaviour

She goes out of her way to transform him

And then what?

Another rejection?

The happy Saras may go back to Dubai

And her apology today,

Very dense and insensitive of Dukhba and Saras

That jazbaat ki doori line - he rejected her, then he made the overtures, then he backed off, now it's as if she is after him!

Not going down too well with me!

You are right in a way... I think Dukhba is hoping for them to get together.. Her advice to Saras by the lake asking him to let his feelings flow and listen to his heart sounded like an encouragement to express his love for Kumud.. So she has the interest of both her children in mind.. She also encouraged Kumud to fulfill her dreams which she knows is Saras...But in Saras I am majorly disappointed..

@bold- thats what is bothering me too.. I just want few scenes where they show Saras regretting his behavior..do some introspection.. his stand is completely left for audiences assumption which is not right

Dukhba hoping is fine

But her own experience should tell her about many a slip...

And she knows Kumud's emotions are already involved with Saras,

She might be putting Kumud up for more hurt

And Saras is being an ass anyway

I didn't understand the need for this apology either... esp since they don't have any relationship and so Kumud wasn't entirely wrong in asking Saras to keep a distance from her. But then when Saras tells her to atleast maintain 'jazbaat ki dooriyan'... it didn't make any sense. Because Saras was the one who violated the chaar kadam and the jazbaat ki dooriyan when he crossed the line and carressed Kumud's face on the day they were stranded in town.. But Saras said it as if Kumud was the one who did something wrong... instead, he should be reminding himself and not Kumud about the jazbaat ki dooriyan... To me, that entire scene did not make any sense...

That day I was hoping for a strong reaction from him when Guman openly trashed Kumud infront of the whole family and literally called her a gold digger trying to seduce her son..Cut 2 he runs after her to apologize.. Would it be wrong to expect him to be a litle patient with her when she was shouting at him.. He had witnessed what she had to hear for no fault of hers..her character was assaulted ..would it be wrong to expect him to question about whose fault was it to call him there or who stopped him, at a later time.. THAT was not the moment..and then he leaves her in tears and confusion with yet another confusing statement.. How much can she put up with? I understand that his actions maybe in her larger interest.. My problem is if she can look at things from his angle, silently take all the hurt and humiliation because she knows about his past., empathises with him..Then why can't he be shown to understand her once.. Give us one scene where he is regretting his behavior..because otherwise he will come across as an insensitive human being ( for lack of a milder word ) who can not look beyond his own pain..

One reverse that We may suspect (in a positive outlook), is a strong build up to his Public avowal.😛 I think Saras is deliberately being written down somewhat unreasonable. Purpose might be to lead the circumstances to such a point of no return that he must roar in public (family), " YES, I adore you KUMUD." This would be only way to compensate that Letter/ rejection, now famous and public knowledge.😊 All these, before the chain of event leads to an unfortunate interference ( unfavourable this time) by Laxmi Nandan, spurred and manipulated by a supercharged Gumaan on such an avowal...just a possibility, though I am dreading SLB's panchapbt for 'four step distance' too...

If anyone who can turn the ass into a human its Kumud. Dukhba , Sunny and even Kumud knows it..Where is MY Saras who used to be so sweet ... stubborn but sweet.. Right now he is being downright mean.. Yesterday when he lost to Kumud in the game of musical chair., why was he sulking like a 2 year old . Just a game !!!!!!!!! OK I get it you r BFF conspired against you.. But then again..IT IS JUST A GAME..! Such a sadoo face he made throughout the sequence, ruined the whole fun for me..

I haven't had the chance to watch the episode so can't comment on the scene. I might have completely different views after watching it...

As of now, I see a man who has kind of fallen back in to his shell even more because there is a fear of his secret craving for love becoming transparent to someone else. Not only that but there maybe someone who is trying to give him that unconditional love. I don't think anyone is thinking 'wow he is so sacrificial'. He's being human and even though Kumud might have apologised, from the looks of it Saras came out as the mean one. Maybe he's meant to look like an ass right now? Maybe it's to show how much Kumud changes him? She becomes everything for him, his reason for existing. So much so that he dedicates his entire life supporting her. She obviously brings a HUGE turnaround in his life and maybe that's why currently he is shown to be a bit too selfish with his own feelings. To me it's meant to be that way. He wants to be selfish about sharing his emotions because he doesn't want to get hurt again but Kumud, I'm sure will bring a new soul in him which will enlighten his entire life.

Another thing. Saras appreciates DB's care for him which I really love too but Kumud in a short time has bent over backwards help the guy.

-Protected from villagers
-Helped with the repentance, slaved away day & night for him
- Stood up for him in front of everyone.
- Got him out of jail at the cost of putting her own brother in prison.

EVEN then Saras is acting how he is. Why would he do that? Because he can't obviously handle someone giving him such affection. I don't think one can expect straight-forward reactions from a guy like Saras. He's very insecure tbh

Where was that fear when he was caressing her face, fixing her hair..? drinking from her cup of tea..so many instances Reema..where was that fear then? Wasmt he misleading her into something he ''fears'' he is not capable of giving? I totally get the larger picture.. I know for Kumud to change him like Sunny said, he has to have something that needs changing.. and this IS it.. He pretends he is immune to love, care and emotions when in reality he is craving for it...We get to hear his side of the story only from Dukhba and now a little bit from Sunny.. I want to see something from Saras's side too.. like regretting the behavior at the bus stop... I agree this is laying the foundation of making of this man who will live for Kumud and die for Kumud.. but I still didnt like Kumud apologising today..

LOL arshicritic- I don't know what team I'm on but yes currently Kumud is definitely on the right path and if she can drop her ego then I'm sure Saras will too. Let Kumud do that in her own style and when she does that, nothing and no-one will compare to her for Saras.
