Apologise for what?

I wish...well the wishlist is endless but today in the terrace scene I really wished the conversation to go beyond the apology and his acceptance..Kumud apologised for forcing him to keep 4 steps distance from her but she didnt tell him why she laid that condition in the first place..Saras never came to know that the day he went to get the first aid box for her, his ''mom'' had insulted Kumud and told her to stay away from her son.. I wish Kumud told him that..I for some reason am not able to understand Saras' stand at the moment..There is a disconnect somewhere. If I recall correctly, he was almost flirting with her over the cup of tea and they shared moments during the garba dance as well.. When they went to Gandhinagar, there too Saras was quite open about his feelings for Kumud when he was helping her choose bangles and then all that happened in the godown where he specifically asked '' chaar kadam ki doori kyun? '' he even teased her about the painting.. That was followed by the intimate moments in the stormy night, where I felt if Kumud hadnt run away, Saras would have crossed the line..

Well said Vaishu. Superb post. Today for the first time, I was not very happy with the episode. There was something missing, some disconnect. Today the episode did not seem to be a SLB calibre episode.

I really wished for Saras to know the reason Kumud asked him to maintain a distance. CVs have not endlessly dragged on any track or suspense thus far, whether or not we liked or disagreed with the track. Why the delay now? It wasnt the right moment to bring it up or she thought that piece of information might further strain Saras' relationship with Guman or was it SP's nayi soch of hiding sasuma's evil deeds and words?

On another note, Saras' questioning look to Kumud about what she might have told Sunny and her shaking her head was the cutest moment in the episode today. Khamoshiyaan hi keh jaaye

Nandy, in my opnion an apology loses its meaning if its done for every mistake .. Here there was no need for Kumud to apologise.. She was forced to keep Saras away after that taunt from Guman.. It hurt her as much as it hurt him.. He is not the only one in pain..so why the apology? I would have rather had Kumud talk to him on the same lines as she had begun the conversation with.. ''why do you try to be a bad person when you are not? '' Just tell him that she doesnt want to burden him with any relationship..Can he relax then? Why didnt she ask him the same question she asked Kusum - '' Kis haq se wo meri itni beizati karta hai? '' Ask HIM !!! Tell him how much its hurting her to see him like this, emphasizing that there is NO need for this kinda behaviour for them to not have a relationship.. They can atleast be cordial with each other.. no? THEN see what his reaction is.. I want the creatives to show some self introspection from Saras' side. Just assuming that the viewers will understand why is behaving like this and associate every unjustified act of his with his traumatized past is not helping.. not my understanding atleast.

OH yes exactly, the scene was cute but it had certainly no meaning for me :/ If the mirchi wouldnt have been there then ii would have lost the essence. Saras had a bad past, i agree with it but dudee cmon, its like gone for ages, u cant forget it but u should accept the fact and move on. His treatment for her is not justified truly, but then he dosent know the reason behind the "chaar kadam ki doori". If he knew that then i am sure he would have been the one to apologize. And if we had a proper convo of their feelings on the terrace then the scene would have been a 10 on 10. Now since kumud is trying to clear out things, we r bound to get one akdu person in the scene. Its the tale of all the daily soaps sadly -_- Any wayz brilliant acting done by the leads yet again :)

If she has to apologize for every single time he gets upset with her irrespective of whether or not its her fault then I will be disappointed. That holding ear thing loses its essence if she does it every now and then.. rest everything I have written in my main post and the reply above.. No complains from the actors..everyone is doing a brilliant job :)

Before anyone starts with the arguement that Saras has a sad past...he is scared of relationships etc etc, let me just say that I KNOW all that.. I understand his conflicts, confusion and fear..I even understand his reasons to stay away from Kumud.. What I dont understand or rather not appreciate is the way he is treating her..If his concern is protecting her from hurt then thats exactly what he is giving her.. Kumud is not hoping for a relationship with him now.. She clearly stated that she wants to help him as a friend not life partner..So if she is not forcing any relationship on him like he said in his letter, then what is this ''jazbaat ki doori''?? How is she or he or anyone supposed to control his emotions? I would really like to see Saras do that now..!

Kumud got slapped by mom insulted by Gumaan...still poor girl is more interested in helping Saras whom she now finds poorer then herself lol


May be thats why Kumud will become Saras inspiration coz girl is taking everything on herself just to bring that one precious smile on his face

Kumud is doing all this for her Badi Maa whom she respects a lot but inside she is doing it more for herself...she is the one who just gives and will give herself to Saras unknowingly just in her help for help

Why do i feel Kumud will take place of Saras whole soul in future, his teacher his guide his inspiration his love...well dear just be ready to see life size picture of Kumud in Saras Mansion and Office with My Inspiration My teacher My Guide written below in golden letter 😆...whereas our poor Kumud will be somewhere listening Khoti Baat of bedard dooniya

You have again analysed it perfectly. Adding to your point, Kumud did have a provocation that day in form of Guman's taunt at seeing him dressing her hurt toe. And then other day, Guman taunted her/family in full vulgar, " a common stalk girl's low designs to ensnare a rich scion". He was there too. So Saras must understand why she entreated the distance in first place...

@bold- word ! That day I was hoping for a strong reaction from him when Guman openly trashed Kumud infront of the whole family and literally called her a gold digger trying to seduce her son..Cut 2 he runs after her to apologize.. Would it be wrong to expect him to be a litle patient with her when she was shouting at him.. He had witnessed what she had to hear for no fault of hers..her character was assaulted ..would it be wrong to expect him to question about whose fault was it to call him there or who stopped him, at a later time.. THAT was not the moment..and then he leaves her in tears and confusion with yet another confusing statement.. How much can she put up with? I understand that his actions maybe in her larger interest.. My problem is if she can look at things from his angle, silently take all the hurt and humiliation because she knows about his past., empathises with him..Then why can't he be shown to understand her once.. Give us one scene where he is regretting his behavior..because otherwise he will come across as an insensitive human being ( for lack of a milder word ) who can not look beyond his own pain..

Shana I know what will happen later.. I had written in a post I made last weekend.. When he will break the shackles of his heart , he will literally offer his life to her service...be her messiah in her dark times.. but that doesnt justify his behavior at the moment.. I find it wrong at many levels..
