They show that Ghuman takes a loan against the haveli to invest in this "suspicious" business venture in Kumud's name. The whole premise is confusing to me.
1) First of all, the haveli is in LNV's name so without his knowledge how can she take a loan
against it?
2) Secondly, it was just a few days ago that she put the money from the loan into the business, how can the manager tell her so soon that it is sinking? Isn't there a break even period? What is this business about that it sank so fast?
3) And thirdly, doesn't any bank give some time to pay off the loan? How can they say that it needs to be auctioned off so fast?
I realize that they want to move the story ahead fast and bring some tensions and twists...but please use some basic logic !! This is a blooper.
