I am not comparing other shows. There are many things outside of the show that can come up in any discussion. Get on a discussion about themes in the story and you will go out of whatever it happening in the show. The topic is discussing a matter to do with this show, that is the subject. I can take other names out and it will still remain the same.

Hi Mary ! I have been reading your posts in this forum and I must say I agree with most of them. However on this one I beg to differ on some points. They have not been giving many joint interviews together, not because they are not friends or they dont want to.. It depends on many factors like the availability of both actors together for instance. Both Gautam and Jenny are very professional people so I am sure their offscreen rapport, good or bad will never affect their performance. We have seen that so far.. They barely know each other but their chemistry is sizzling onscreen. I am sure none of them are wary of being friends and as time goes they will get more comfortable around each other. KSG and Surbhi also took time to warm up to each other.. But they are all different individuals at the end of the day and each person takes his or her own time. Gautam seems like a great guy and I know Jenny gets along great with her co stars. With KSG it was different because they have known each other for years. But she made friends with Karan Wahi, her other costar from Dil Mil Gaye whom she met first time on the sets. So dont worry about that! I dont think there was anything wrong with their body language in the joint interview they gave yesterday. Infact Jenny was giggling, trying to hide her face when Gautam said '' the characters we are playing are getting close'' even he was smiling coz I think the reporter framed the question in a diferent way..They were laughing together when he said I have become heroine.. So I say it'd be great if they became good friends coz we all want to see offscreen moments but that really will have no bearing on their onscreen performance.. They will be as good as ever regardless of how they strike a cord offscreen.

Always so so careful, the unease shows. It has been one month with all the co-stars, but each of them are more comfortable with the other members of the cast. When there is comfort, it shows. I am only encouraging them to be friends. Some people just can't be.

Decency is a different thing all together. Being friendly is also decent. Decency is great, aloofness is not so great - and there is a difference.

Well said Mary!👏

I am talking about work on the sets and being friendly as it will make the performance better. The thing about performance is that you have to let go of who you are as a person. That's what's called acting.

And please watch your tone with me. You have no authority to "make things proper for me." Been here almost a decade, I am familiar with how forums run. If IF wants to get dictatorial and go against every rule of a forum, they can close the topic but it was written in a perfectly professional way. If you make enough of an issue, you might just manage to do it. I welcome disagreement, but I do not take attitude.

Okay..You are being unnecessarily rude..I have never meant anything bad about your post..just chill!..
you may be here for a decade, even a century..but,it does not give you the voice to talk of an actor managing her life on sets or being friendly or anything unrelated to the onscreen side of it..
@in red-- you are very much asking them "how to conduct their personal lives"..and that too,you are giving them your advice.

And FYI , i am not disagreeing with you, neither showing attitude..and as far 'tone' is concerned ,you need to bring down yours.Unnecessary fights are what i always avoid--please don't provoke me..i am requesting you..
Peace!

Well said. I have not watched her other shows, can't talk about her comfort with her husband as a co-star. Never watched the show. I have seen them separately.

I am not looking for cuteness off screen. As a viewer, it is just easy to see when people are ill at ease and for their own sake I hoped they were more comfortable. That's really all I was saying.

You should re-read your post or just even my quotation. That will show you how things came off. I am not picking a fight. You can try rereading your second post about the length of time I have been here too. I brought it up because you alarmed mods about closing the topic, not because I felt it gave me more say. I would say how I felt as a newbie too, that's who I am.

As I said, I am NOT advising or telling them how to conduct personal lives. What you do at your work place (the set) is a job. As a viewer I can have an opinion and hope things are positive. This post as no criticism and I made that quite clear. No one is provoking you here. You posted on my post, I read it and replied.

Well, glad to see something came out of this post besides the negativity. At least a few replies will mean the forum is more active.
