totally agree with, though i m ardent ipkknd fan..n won't hear anything bad about it as it has a special place in my heart...but but i would say not to compare the two shows because it is a totally different set up..the main characters are not same so no comparisons for me between the two shows n i request not to make comparison further..xxx

thank you thank you THANK YOUUU for your post!! 😊 i myself was getting so damn sick of these comparisons... everyone comparing the couple, the drama, the title song of SC to IPK... some ppl even saying IPK is still better... this is a SC forum.. we should only be appreciating SC content here not other stuff... and in my opinion SC surpasses alot of dramas even IPK, its completely fresh and brilliant... 😊

P.S. no offense to anyone ... at the end of the day we all have our own tastes and opinions

Wow !

Agree with you totally.

I mean SLB did not force to shut that show down for launching this.not even the airing time is same. Cast and story and music has nothing to do with the long gone show. So why to compare and bring it in every second post ? neither it belongs to the same production house kitty, where people are watching it with magnifying glass to check whether they have improved or not. I myself watched IPK for first 7-8 months ( started daily soap watching after a decade almost, thanks to sabbaticals 🤢) and surely it was running only on leads chemistry. There was no story. 😳Used to watch religiously for story to be started but had to leave it midway 😳

SC has just started and it is growing with some background and parallel stories alongwith leads as integral part. Future ka future mein dekhte hain . IPK and SC has no relation, no comparison and no connection anywhere except that it airs on star plus..lol.. 😈 More than SC, we see IpK relative posts..and this is sometime annoying beacuse we come for SC related discussions, not IPK..for that IF have a different forum 😳.hope i did not offended anyone feelings..😳

THANK YOU for this post. Much needed. Even after mods made a sticky note NOT to bring IPK discussion in this forum, members were still comparing and it was driving me insane! I understand we all love our shows, I loved DMG and I liked IPK too but what on earth does that show have anything to do with SC? There is absolutely no connection what so ever. The two shows are nothing alike.. I hope the comparison topics stop and we can all discuss SC only.

Agreed no comparison on any scale or no connection other than great chemistry on same channel...Why some people just cant move on...bring IPK again and again...

i too had been noticing this comparing business i think fans are attached to their prev show so they are comparing but they shud have a particular place to do so not everywhere simnce SC is an individual show nothing to do with IPK

and frankly i too used to watch IPK at start but then the storyline went awry

IPK might not have been the best show, but it surely was for many of us cuz we got emotionally connected to it. And nobody has any right to comment on it.

True, I have been very irritated by the comparison posts too.
But we should stop comparing not because you wanna outshine one with respect to the other, but because they have absolutely nothing to be compared about. Two very different shows, with two very different storylines.

I can find a hundred flaws with SC, and so can I with IPK.
But at the end of the day, I watch them both. Cuz I like them both.

I am not bashing IPK, I'm just giving my opinion about it. People have been praising it since SC started on THIS forum. THAT is my problem. IPK fans have a forum..why don't they use it?! Anybody would get annoyed! They bring in IPK in OTHER show's articles, videos & even forums! THAT is what's annoying..not liking the show. Ofc there's no problem with people liking IPK, but maybe its time they realise that not everybody did! ..& so stop bringing IPK into every post.

and they both are good in their own way.

I am not bashing IPK. I am just letting people know that not EVERYBODY was a fan (i.e. me), and therefore, there is no need to bring them in every post on OTHER show's forums/articles/etc!
