Yes he will be rough because she challenged him and abused him to go into the lake when he was hesitating. She told you are unworthy of anyone's trust and Saras connected it with his mother's death. He felt his mom died because he was too small and his mother could not confide in him her pain hence went and drowned herself. He felt he was unworthy of saving his dear mom as she drowned in that pool.

Yes Saras was unworthy of her trust not entire world's trust. And anyway every human has a right to decide about his life saras wants to remain single hence rejected the marriage. Atleast like other men he did not marry for parents force and abuse her all life like many men do in real life. And he also felt guilty and came running leaving all his job to her village to ask her forgiveness and her family's. So she must not abuse and taunt him at every step for not agreeing to marry her.

Yes, that is what i told. Give him a day or two. He needs time to process everything and come to conclusion that she is not at fault. When we do any fault sometimes our parents tell us to go to bedroom and be alone so that we think and realize our fault. In a day or two we will understand and say sorry

I don't agree at all with this analysis, though I do respect your opinion 100%.

Do remember that Kumud is NOT a innocent, easily persuaded young woman ... . She is a young schoolteacher, a young village girl who is proud and knows her values and has big dreams. She fell for the PAIN in Saras's eyes ... she wanted to heal those intense eyes, and when she was rejected, she lost her dream of marriage (momentarily anyhow, we all know that they are both attracted to each other at this point). She was shunned.

Remember, Hell hath no fury like a scorned woman. She was rejected, and her PRIDE made her seek revenge and hurt Saras. She has pride because she is a headstrong, confident woman.

On Saras's side, he also has no fault. His mother, who he worshipped, committed suicide due to his father. His father re-married. He does not believe in love, nor trusts new relationships and bonds. He thinks everyone will break his heart. A certain Kumud is slowly changing that, as we are seeing.

He NEEDS Kumud's pleas, her anger, her refusal to get out of his life. Because he NEEDS someone who will heal the pain, who will push past the barriers he put, and show him that love exists.

They are both attracted to each other, and this pleading by Kumud and rejection/anger by Saras is necessary ... it shows how Kumud will be Saras's true life partner and heal his wounds.

i completely agree with u..he has relived something that he wanted to erase, but what i do not understand is why she left him all by himself in that lake, couldn't she see the pain and fear in his eyes when he was going towards the lake, i thought she cud read his eyes..bit confused here!
