That was the moment that touched me too...the way he looked at Dukhbaa after he came back...the way he closes his eyes as he yearns for a mother's touch and finds it in Dukhbaa...it's interesting that he hasn't said a word to Dukhbaa so far despite these two emotional charged sort of interaction moments he's had with her...or maybe they just haven't shown those.
Well if they have not shown it then it is well and good, Because I kind of like this silent communication...somehow I feel that if they had talked the sanctity of all would have been destroyed...or may be watered down..right now...Saras is speaking with his eyes and Dukhba with her hands...and they are at their best!
The guy emotes quite well with his eyes...I felt that since the web preview only...he's only further strengthened that opinion in the show. u r quicker than me then😆 Because as I said...I was not happy with SLB initially for casting him...shows how I am eating my words now😆

I also liked the ending Saras-Kumud scene...the way she steps in front when she knows he's about to pass her by and gives him the very same aarti that she was hiding from him just two days back...I liked the irony of that...two days back she was going to any lengths to hide her face and now she's running after him, throwing herself in his path even when he doesn't want to see her face...and Saras for his part...aarti aur prasaad thodi na refuse karega sanyaasi ji...lol hmmm the Sanyasi card is being played very nicely by both Kumud and Guman...both are banking on his niceness ...though the motives are different...though I kind of am tired of Kumud treating everything as challenge...arrey bhai, Maafi maang rahi hai udhaari ka paisa?😕 😆I understand it shows her spirit..but still...It is always like she is perpetually on spring mode...Ucchhal jaati hai...apologizing and being forgiven are two different things...apologizing is your right...being forgiven is not... As for the rest...Kumud displays so much akkad and pride even while asking for forgiveness...lol...achha hai. ya wahi toh😆

GR again steals the scenes, even though I do not agree completely with certain stances of the character, esp. re Kumud. This actor is simply amazing.👏 hmm tell me what dont you agree with?? Did you see, perhaps there was not a single word from him today and yet he emoted so powerfully, all through his eyes. Simply Brilliant! 👏 yes...In fact I like him as the Silent knight...the man who does things and doesnot say a word...what a refreshing change in the world full of people who never do and only blab...And Jenifer. Not only she rose to the challenge, she held her forte well. Hers was a day of expression through voice modulations as well as the eyes and body language.👏 Screen play must be given a special mention- The way she looked back to the closed door in two wistful pauses- while making her dejected retreat- was director's fine touch.👍🏼 yes that is true..the ways he peeped in...the hesitance in her voice..the plea...the afraid kind of smile when she told Saras to take the Arti...excellent...

But piece de resistance unfolded in temple; Fittingly, GR speaking volume with his eyes and Kumud emotted visions through her 'dimmed' murmurs. His hurt and Her regret were genuine and so they were delivered by both. They enlivened the essence of characters as they must have been conceived in original classic. Superb!👏Hmm the silent tug of wars...again..has begun...and stubborn both of them !! It is a visual treat to see both of them!

Srushti, adding a take on your question-

He came there to pray only. Look at a mild surprise- kind of discomfort- at seeing her already there. Plus, when they crossed, he did try to bypass and go straight to idol. These mean he didn't expect her there...Ya ..he did...but I thought the way he looked at her...he was coming to her...to confront her...or just to see what she has to say and then changed his mind...Dont know...the scene had me baffled a bit...

about forgiveness, considering his sensitivity, having prayed and regaining his equanimity in front of his God, he may stop her there only and grant the forgiveness, after all, he knows about her inadvertence...hmmm...nah he is not going to forgive so easily...because he was goaded to face those demons...knowingly or unknowingly...she was insensitive..as she not only told him he was a coward..and made him jump into the water for a kite..but also left him there😕 now that was something very odd...who does that..atleast she should have waited for him...past or no past..that was not something mature that she did...

or cvs may yet stretch a delicious schism for sometime?!😆oh they are defo going to stretch..atleast until Guman gets her passport problem cleared and lands up in Garvi Gujarat😆

I am seriously interested what made Laxminandan marry a Nachaniya and knowing the daily scary environment Vidya is so eager to get his daughter married He is counting so much on Kumud and Saras 😆 Seriously Dukhba is a visionary..she knows that the wound is still not healed. Kumud will have to face problems there.. She knows Saras wont take apology from Kumud immediately..she is behind her for that 😆 😆 The best part of the book is the names, Pallavi...Laxminandnan is obviously attracted to everything rich and pretty...that is why he cannot understand Saras ever..and that is why Saraswati (or Chandralaxmi as per the book) could never be happy with the materialistic man..but being the Pativrata naari...never unloved him as well...

Dukhba is right and Saras cannot be expected to be so easy on anybody after the horrendous experience..he almost drowned!!!

Mandir scene came abruptly to me ..and suddenly the dialogues started.. Just felt like that..but later it was ok..contrast from last arti when she was hiding and today she is running behind..😉 Just realized that Saras did not utter a word in entire episode but portrayed thru his eyes so well..good one 👏 Kumud had been so much in guilt when she was peeping thru door..nice directorial shots there till she came back and Dukhba monitoring this really has to play some role in future when Gumaan aunty makes entry in Ratnagiri..will she try to protect Saras and Kumud ? Why am I getting such vibes ? 😆oh yes..it was like Kumud suddenly attacked the idol with her litany😕😆 Saras is an expert in emoting through his eyes..even anger...We need to wait and watch for the Guman track...right now it is going to be a whole lot of tug of war between these two ziddi people anyways😆

The "Saras" in him ws long lost n "Chandra" in him bcame prominent jabse he saw his mom leavin him forever...Since hes the loner n carryin soo much of pain n livin in the memories of his mom... He nevr let himself get attached to nyone.. But Kumud ws slowly bringin back tht "Saras" in him...That ws visible,the way he ws gradually changin n unknowingly formin bond with Kumud..He ws forgettin tht he came to REJECT the marriage n he ws njoyin the moments with Kumud.. But Kumud's one step AGAIN BROUGHT HIM BACK TO THAT "Chandra" mode n AGAIN making him realize the PAIN of GETTING ATTACHED TO SOMEONE AND LOOSING THAT VERY SAME PERSON... Kahin na kahin he might hv thought Kumud understanding his pain..But when she din thats what makin him more anger...Excellently put!!!it is true that after years he had lost that silence and brooding ...became freer..happier..and the person who was responsible for that suddenly turned to the person responsible for drowning him to the same sorrow and hurbreak!! he is going to take time to come to the terms that it was not intentional...

Gosh i cant w8 to c monday epi yaar.. these two r very passionate n very stubborn...Their relationship ws aptly described by Kusum today tht they give pain to each other yet they feel tht pain for each other too...👏👏👏... yup..waiting for another headlong confrontation!! Head to head!!

And spl mention to Saras-Dukhba scene... he truly needed a motherly support n comfort in tht devastated state and who better Dukhba cud do that...i am GLAD she WAS there for him n his slight smile indicated how much he ws findin solace in her... the best scene in the whole episode...I have raved in every post on that scene😆
