Honest feedback for Bhansali - Page 2

Well made show and really different from the other serials...esp since this does not drag on unnecessarily, the people are sensibly dressed and do not look ridiculous...no over-the-top emotions and the best part is the lead pair. Both the actors suit the role very well.

Those who love poetry will love this show. those who love paintings will love this show. Those who love romance of old hindi songs will love this. Those who enjoy rains, clouds, mountains will enjoy this. There is a old world charm and I like it.

those who understand the depth of "emotions" not just the superficial romance would love this show and great job SLB!! your debut show on TV is simply beautiful!! you have got the perfect leads, two wonderful actors!! and the whole team is fantastic!!

the leads r not so expressive

The show has certainly lived up to the expectations & everything is good , the leads are good & are perfectly suited to their roles & the same for the cast. The makers of the show have done great , we wait excitedly to watch each episode & even catch on with the repeats

my honest feedback is this:

bhansali has tried to keep some age old indian traditions which i feel is not
right for the current times. today is the age of cell phones, internet which has been shown
but not in a realistic way. when the power goes like in yesterdays episode, why does kumud
have to bring in a lantern. cell phones have flashlight which can be used in darkness
& even in villages nowadays there is use of cell phones. and which world r v in? i mean what is wrong if he sends her a letter saying that he doesnt want to marry her. why is such a big issue made
out of it. atleast he is honest with her. why is it necessary that he has to reject the proposal infront
of her bapu. agreed he could have told his father that he is not ready for this proposal instead of
sending her a letter but why is she so angry is beyond me. & frankly i have nothing against
gautam rode as this is the first show of him which i am watching & jennifer is also good
as i have seen her in kasauti. but i feel rodes expression is the same in every episode. it
just doesnt change. but one thing i find cute is that usually u r looking forward to see the leads
episode after episode but here the stepmother looks more interesting to watch than the heroine.
in fact i feel the actor playing godes friend is nice to watch than rode. atleast he does some jokes
& smiles & doesnt have the same expression all the time. and i dont understand how can anyone
fall in love with sumone by just looking at his eyes.

The show is going good so far. I see some times un necessary extraveganza in the scenes. But not all times.
