He returns with the aforementioned stuff, dumps the lot on the couch. She's standing by the stereo, with that sparkle in her eyes and he sighs, knowing its going to be a long night with her in this mood...
N : Daksh...?
D : (indulgent smile) movies nahi.
She nods happily. "Daksh pata nahi kyu mujhe dance karne ka bahot man kar raha hai..."
He smiles again, walks up to her, takes her face in his hands. "Kya ho gaya aaj meri Naina ko...?" he wonders out loud.
She puts both arms around him, hugs him tight. "Pata nahi, par me aaj baoht khush hu."
Hugs her back. "Wajah nahi hai koi?"
She pulls back a little, shakes her head, smiling. "Tum ho, shayad."
D : Main...? main khush tho hu lekin khushi se uchal nahi raha hu...
N : (hits him) tum ho hi KP... Daksh pls...? PLs pls pls...
D : Bas, bas Naina...ek pls me hi me pighal jata hu, aur ab tho teen xtra bhi aa gaye...
She smiles impishly, puts the music on, and turns to him holding out a hand.
N: (shrugs) Salsa hai... ya phir...tango? (sheepish smile)
D: Naina dekho kuch simpl ho tho manage kar lunga, muje ye sab nahi aata...
N: (starts laughing) Mujhe bhi nahi. Par try kar sakte hai na...
He thinks of something, reaches out, takes her hand...One sharp tug, and she's pressed up against him, slightly breathless.
She looks up into his eyes, smiles, and places a hand on his shoulder. He smiles back, one hand nestled at her waist, laces his fingers with her other hand.
Drops a quick kiss on her forehead, draws back to see her answering smile...

They start off...there are laughs in between, as they try to match the rhythm...he twirls her around some. she whirls out of his arms, all the way out till its just the tips of her fingers that binds her to him... there's a moment frozen, where they lose themselves in each other's eyes...and something leaps between them, connecting them... he pulls her back to him without warning, and she laughs...Each time she's pulled back to him is peppered with little kisses, on her cheeks, on her nose, forehead sometimes, sometimes her lips...
She slips once, he catches her...

she slips again, and he tightens his grip... there's worry in his for a moment, laughter in hers, which reassures him enough to jerk her back up, smiling himself...
this time she gives him a quick one on the lips...The slips, the falls and twirls go on, and it becomes a mix of salsa and foxtrot and every other dance form under the sun... and they are both laughing, laughing like little kids on a roll...The music changes, and with it the tempo...
They dance, moving slowly, keeping time with the beat first... in slow circles, nestled close, experimenting, enjoying the sensation of being pressed up along the length of each other, every movement echoed a thousand times inside them...

he twirls her out once more, slowly though... brings her back in... she draws his arms tighter together, nestling into him...
