Star Plus is not lifting its little finger to help it, so it must be YOU 1



Thus, the Indian Viewer is not empty headed. They know what they want to watch. If they can not get it live, they get it on line.

Appreciate if you could check and when the rank changes, or weekly total change write a post giving the details. It would be helpful, that if one forgets, others too can give their inputs. When do they change the rank? It looks it has been remaining the same for quite along time. If any one knows how they operate with this feature, it would be welcome information..

I can't know the exact information about chaskameter working but I have always heard in all forums that it depends on the number of viewers, topics,active discussions, followers(ppl who add the show to their list of forums.) and popularity of actors. So a really bad serial can have a gr8 ranking if ppl like it)...

i really want to see ssbn at first rank but its not possible because of behavior of star plus towards the show...!!! i guess next week it will stay at the same rank... but i try my best to imporve the ranking...!

I was told that the Chaska Meter gets updated on Mondays. For the last few weeks, it is not moving, in spite of members hitting their votes. Can some senior Moderator have a look at this problem, and see that our votes are counted.

Chaska Meter is an India Forum product, so managed by IF.
TAM readings are from People Meter, run by an private company, and in this period of scams, no one can be taken seriously. So if we had a meter that is our own, it would be better, that it functions, and we too are not labeled as being influenced by Channels and vested interests. I saw an interesting eye opening video, when I put, "TRP Scam" in quotation marks on the Google Search. Try it, and have a hearty laugh.

I vote for SSBN everyday. I am conscious about interacting in the threads too. The thing is SSBN does not have as many followers as the other shows owing to its time of telecast. Its ranking has come down to 18 though it deserves top ten at least. Number one position ios not possible for a show with no repeat telecasts, promos and telecasted at 2:00 in the afternoon.
TRP's can't be high as most of the internet mostly.
Star Plus does not care about quality of the shows. It just cares about TRP's.
As far as SSBN is concerned, even that does not hold true because it never got a chance to gain popularity in the prime time slot unlike other shows which were removed owing to less number of viewers.
Did you see that Navya which is also more youth-oriented compared to other shows on SP has gone up in rankings as have its actors but SSBN is far below. The ranking of Gaurav Bajaj has also fallen steeply. I feel SSBN is better than Navya or has as much potential(here, i am favouring my favourite show but not criticising any other show). Why is it not given a chance.
So I feel that instead of being cast in Star Plus which is perhaps a very popular channel, maybe SSBN should have been shown in Star One.
I feel SP will just take on more shows then it can handle and do injustice to good shows.
Its about time to switch to shows with a more modern approach instead of the same old saas-bahu drama.
