Rangoli said something like 'isi adaa pe hum marte hain' or something, when Brij removed her hand and walked off. She is Brij's wife or was his wife and they are now divorced. She cannot be shown to be someone's wife and lusting after Brij. That is too much complication for a TV serial. Then this serial will be about Rangoli and not Pooja. So I think Rangoli is Brij's wife only.
