Unfortunately, I can imagine Brij somehow convincing Pooja into an affair because we've already seen that Brij isn't exactly milky white when it comes to getting his way and Pooja trusts him more than she trusts herself. It's a dangerous combination because not only does Pooja have no idea what she's getting into but Brij gets carried away by all this unconditional support as we saw with the car almost-accident. 😕

But unlike the AT / MS case, there is no indication yet that Brij is only thinking of Pooja as another notch on his bedpost. He's had plenty of opportunities to take advantage of Pooja but he hasn't done anything of the kind and you certainly don't write romantic poems about how someone changed your life if all you want is one thing from them. So I think the writers are definitely changing the story! But they're keeping the same template.

If the CVs stick true to the AT/MS narrative, they would be wasting both their and our time. The similarity to the AT/MS case I think ends with the first episode. The real life story is sordid but I do not think the CVs want us to flagellate ourselves everyday about the big bad wolf who ate up red riding hood!! It would spell disaster for the serial...but you never know...CVs have done worse things to serials.

Brij has been shown as a complex character and with an intriguing past. He has grown protective of pooja and is now even possibly feeling jealous (or territorial if he is the big bad wolf) about her. He certainly has risky behavior (car ride, aparajita @ pachmarhi) but he also has some yearning for normalcy and the desire to be accepted into the folds of a family - the first time he looks like he has been shot in the heart is after he is shot in the arm when pooja, his guardian angel, protectively says she will not abandon him at any cost - looks like BBP has abandonment issues.

I too dont think it is about sexual predation as much as love vs. ambition. Brij and Pooja will undoubtedly make choices that impact them both and I think that they will make those choices when misunderstanding each other. Brij might think that Pooja abandoned him (Othello; Giridhar is Iago) and Pooja might give up on him (JEyre). Pooja will suffer heartbreak and change after she finds out about mrs. (or soon to be) psycho pandey or she could be a raise-the-red-lantern.

This is where Krish comes in - I find the current speedy insta-crush situation strange - what is Krishna Bhopali up to? Krish is ambitious and he is now sucking up to ms-pooja-wet-behind-the-ears? hmmm interestingly fishy! Bbp and Krishna are both playing Svengali to Pooja. Let us see who does it.

Sangini had pointed out bbp's odd reaction to pooja's emergency phone. I do not think it is a question of an incoming call but an outgoing one - i.e., whether bbp will return pooja's call as he promised; they certainly seem to have kept in touch, though he no longer is on speed dial i.e., the first one she calls - if he does return the call he is absolved, otherwise 👎🏼 ...

ahha...the plot gets thicker...

😭Brija lovers ...bad news. I read somewhere Nigaar khan as mrs BBP is about to appear soon as 'devoted wife' with a son in tow. She's wrapped up khan sisters to begin shoot for SKBM...😭

today's episode was not shown...morever the post...accoding to it brij is married...and stupid Krish is paired with pooja...
i will stop watching...if brij is married...its so depressing...

We all heard that Nigar Khan is joining the show but as a devoted wife with a SON in tow? 😲

I'm still excited though 😳 As long as Brija remain the focus, kahani will need some twist after all 😆

What makes us nervous is the superb casting with artists who are known for taking on edgy roles - not just hero types/villain types forever. If we let that panic go and just enjoy a good story we will be fine...it is a great serial...and keep in mind pooja is still alive and in coma!! And I must applaud the absolutely great music, I came to the serial when I heard "muthi mein chand". Dont you think that each song is a prelude/hint to a set of episodes? Bahon mein chaley aa (and the rest of the songs words) is too obvious😉

And pieced together the info frm articles elsewhere. Whatever be it...I so hope Brij and Puja end p together...and somehow I have a feeling they will...that lady at the temple blessing them. TV seriels in India usually gives little clues like that and give that much importance to these blessings, shakuns and apshakuns...Baba at mazaar warning her to run away...and we actually saw a shoot out immediately and the one in which she was shot. I'm sure a lot of meaning is attached to each of these esp. those ones at mazaar, temple etc.. Past episodes show there is no doubt whatsoever that Brij is head over heels in love with innocent little Pooja and the last episode clearly shows how deeply he cares for her, feeling awful about the whole morning incident and looking at her through the window feeling lousy.The way Giridhar looked at Pooja throughout the last episode and esp. during his parting shot to Pooja and when he said ' kuchh logo ka aapke bagair bilkul Kam hi nahi chalta pointing towards Brij Ji's cabin,it is very clear he has started suspecting something going on between the two and Brij knows. Now he is very careful to hide his weak spot for pooja before both daddaji and Giridhar and I have a feeling it wouldn't be for his selfish reasons ( political aspirations) it would be to protect our gullible little Pooja knowing as he does about uncouth and unscrupulous Giridhar and daddaji ( the link about the casts writes about Vishnu Sharma playing daddaji as the main antagonist)
