Roopal said during her interview that if Gunjan got married to Vihaan that the show would be some old time Bollywood movie...so what is this then ?

TV guide comments are true.
I have seen them turn out to be true during choti bahu times.
Mayank has been shown to commit suicide earlier as well, so i guess this will be true
