In any rated PG OR G movies, so what's the big deal here?..They both are mature and professionals and i think it's high time Indian television step up a bit, which i am seeing now. Indian television have started going to foreign locations to shoot a show, showing liplocks and are okay with it. So i am glad such changes are being occured and we should take it in a positive way😊 Plus from what i have seen so far..i don't think there was anything vulgar about the liplock Mayank and Gunjan shared..i thought it was sweet😳

@underline I totally agree with you on this point !
Its time they start to show atleast some reality we all know even in INdia these things happen before marriage , its not like its a big sex scene... just a simple lip lock & i'd be glad if more serials adapt it because not like its a bad thing or uncommon or not apart of every day life

What's so good about that scene for people to like it? To some people even s*x scenes on tv is a no biggie & they may ask what's wrong with it? Blindly copying everything foreign is no fun..people out there have no problem with such things so be it & if people here have problem with it so accept it! It shouldn't always be about Western trend being accepted by Indian's cuz else they will be tagged as 'close minded'. How open minded are those people towards the Indian's who don't like/support such stuffs? Let them deal with likes/dislikes/beliefs of others without calling others with names.. now THAT'd be 'open-mindedness' in true sense.

It's anyways not always about right and wrong, still if I have to answer then I wanna say that I expect clean entertainment from Indian dramas.

The scene could have done way more better without the kiss.

Mayank may be mature adult but Gunjan is not...She is 16-17 yrs young teenager in Benaras, India not mumbai, india and not USA...So what is fine to me and you the Americans might not be OK by people living in India as kiss on TV ain't happening everyday..
So with that said I respect those who dont approve or like it..To me it does not matter either way...But CVs must take it seriously and sincerely to show a teenager kissing an adult 22-23 yrs old guy living in Benaras, india..
My 2 cents..Yesterday I posted their liplock pic on another topic...The topic died completely.

Hmm but sex and an innocent kiss (remember they aren't even making out, that's not even a REAL REAL kiss) has a huge difference. It's the same India, same country where movies like Jism 2 & TDP are selling. The hoardings are right there on the streets. Is this any biggie compared to all those? Would Indian audience rather watch women get raped by their husbands on TV, get manhandled, be forcefully married, etc than two individuals getting carried away in the moment?

^nope before ekta's shows came...there actually used to be kiss scenes/bold scenes before...during 90s. Mahi way had a kiss too but they blurred. Ram-Priya did kiss.

@ Did those movies really sell? Many cities don't even have hoardings of those movies. Even so, just cuz there are movies like Jism 2 do we need to follow it's footsteps at small level? I don't buy the whole idea of "what we've done is nothing compared to what they've done", it still puts us in the same league as them & just needs to stop.

@ I don't buy that either, nor it's considered right.
