What's so bad about a lip-lock onscreen?

So I am not seeing much positive reaction to the anticipated lip-lock for today's episode, as expected. But I really want to know why? Except the fact that the guy is cheating on his fiancee by doing that, what's so disgusting about a lip-lock...and that too as innocent as that on TV?

maybe because no lip locks are shown on tv drama as it is a family show..n people cringe watching this kind of scene with the family ..so that could be the reason why people are not very excited about it

I don't get it myself, honestly. Even children's shows here in the USA show kisses on the lips- and every single Disney movie. It's not like they're making out. :/

I myself think the same , its not disgusting
Its common thing , sometimes i think its nice to have a little reality on indian tv !
Even a disney movie which is G rated have atleast one lip lock its not a big sex scene saying its not allowed... Besides im sure these things happen all over mumbai even before marriage with this day & age

Nothing is wrong with a kiss. I think this couple is like a breath of fresh air. I want to see more of them (though not necessarily kissing lol).

I also don't know what's so bad about it. They are portraying reality. Like most of you have said..we see such liplocks even in Disney Channel. In any rated PG OR G movies, so what's the big deal here?..They both are mature and professionals and i think it's high time Indian television step up a bit, which i am seeing now. Indian television have started going to foreign locations to shoot a show, showing liplocks and are okay with it. So i am glad such changes are being occured and we should take it in a positive way😊 Plus from what i have seen so far..i don't think there was anything vulgar about the liplock Mayank and Gunjan shared..i thought it was sweet😳
