I dont know whether ur a hindu or not but u seem more offended than me.The hindu muslim topic was picked up by somebody else and I just replied.but what i spoke is the truth. In Islam u can marry anyone except ur own brother but not in Hinduism.u took it all on yourself and u are trying the change rules made in Indian society just because u had a an exceptional case to witness.I do not have to search yahoo and all to understand relations.seems like now people need to study cultural antrapology sitting in abroad to know their own customs way back in India.itne bure din nahi aaye hain mere abhi.😆neither do i think that only the ones we tie rakhi on are out of our would be groom-list..sorry but I cannot think that way ever...
I am sorry if u felt I was fighting but I was not😊we can definitely have a good debate provided you do not take other's opinions as a personal attack on you and pls do not get offended.😊
Ohh noo i didn't take it all on me 😆 I didn't quote your topic just to attack you😆 i was actually trying to reply to the two of you. You and the person who you had quoted; who mentioned the Islamic and the Hinduism society . I just wanted to reply to the two of you together rather then replying two times😊 and yeah as you mentioned it "seemed" i was offended but i wasn't😛 and what rules are you talking about? The only rule most Societies follow is that as long as it is not Incest, it is okay to marry the other person and like most people have said cousins-cousin are not our blood relations so it is not Incest. And i don't think mine was an "exceptional" case when i had said earlier i have seen two such marriages and a few other members had also mentioned some cases such as this one😊And well the only reason why i had brought up the whole Searching on yahoo or going to an Anthroplogy class was not to learn "Indian Culture" because thats something we inherit from our roots but because education only strengthen's our knowledge, i beleive there is no harm in gaining more knowledge. If i have to search something on the Internet, i'm not afraid to and not afraid to admit it either😊. Everyone has there own way of studying, gaining, understanding cultures, if i keep the "itne bure din nahi aye" type of mentality then i don't think i'd ever be able to step up from the narrow minded thinking. Well lets not continue or drag this topic more..the person who opened the thread might be getting annyoyed that we driffted our minds away from the orginial topic lol..Sorry about that😳 and btw i am Hindu, if you want to believe then great😛 if not that's fine as well😛
