Angad's preparing for Bollywood

The TV hunk would love to make his debut on the big screen and so, is gearing himself for tinsel town

Angad Hasija who plays Shankar in Siddarth Tewary's Phulwa has proved himself as a good actor and just like most actors who do manage to prove their mettle on the small screen, harbour dreams of progressing towards the big screen, Angad is no different.

He explains, "Of course, I would love to do movies and surely would like to take a plunge in Bollywood. I haven't really tried for it as I have been doing one project after another. But I am preparing myself for Bollywood as if I do get a chance, it shouldn't feel like I'm not ready. I have been preparing myself by working out regularly and eat right. Even after losing 15 kgs, I still constantly work on my body. I'm just waiting for that right chance to come my way. Once, I did get an offer but unfortunately, I couldn't even go for auditions as I was busy with Bidaai. It's all a matter of destiny."
