Siham Afsar betiyaan is the name of the show. And Mitali name in the show is Krishna.

Afsar means is Officer. so since the show is about her dreams so her dream is to become Afsar which means officer. so that is why CVS kept the name of the show Afsar betiyaan. But the Krishna is the name of lead in this show.

Kishuk and Parul are done , now he is working with Mitali , and she is the right age for him .. This pair will work wonders since their casting choose her for him in teh show after Neha they found a new fresh face for Kinshuk and she is excited to work with him.
