Key points I was noticing
This proves that a sequel cannot bask in its prequel's glory. It needs to have a strong and convincing story.

This is definatly true.. The PH should evaluate what they want for B2 and also some foundation would be ideal if they give a thought from the prequel !! Benchmarks are very important sometimes for a sequel and hopfully they are the ones which make a strong fopundation. and for Bidaaii the season was great and post leap some great moments were shown with main protagonists

While the former failed because it introduced too many characters in the sequel, the latter flopped because it lacked freshness. The story was similar to the original serial. Who would want an old wine in a new bottle?

This again proves true But its not always the case again storyline and character with good potential and ease of playing pivitol roles should be considered.!

I think the best way Bidaai2 can work is where it ended as RS is already telling a story of two sisters who are not in good terms with eachother. Ragini and Saakshi their relationship after marriage , Ragini's new relationship with her husband Anmol , their future kids which was interesting that's why it ended with 6.1 tvrs and left hanging.😉

I would root for that too..

But also agree what angad said he can at this stage do any role and his career span is still up and running so varied shades of different character could also be his choice.!

Even if B2 has angini stroy or Saakshi and Alkeh's I would stop at a stage where they are out of the storyline as actors and character and left it for the story to be about two sisters or whatever the idea of B2 proposes!!!..

wow, angad on the right way, not interested in elder character..so good, now hope to see a fresh and youth based love story with Sangad..will be happy if foursome in that bidaai sequel

ok, so Angad is not ready to portray an elderly character, fair enough! so they can bring him back by continuing from where they left off or by giving him a new character from young generation....

but if they introduce him as a new character what is different from other sequel shows??.....

i say start from where they left off..... he was not recovered completely, plus they can show the development of his relationship with Sakshi.... introduce Sara Khan as Sakshi for the sake of their fans....

and last but not the least, Angini.... the gems of post leap..... there are so many potential ways they can develop Angini's track...... just give us a signal, we will provide you everything in details... Promise!

The recall values of some shows may be good to start with where they ended to give a greater possibility of baseline and understanding of shows which make a mark on the TRP charts !!

ANd ofcourse concrete storyline with good articulated actors playing some pivotal role and last but not the least Angini and there story in continuation !

I am sure RS having innovative ideas, will always find ways to keep his fans hooked to Bidaai - 2...So, He'll defenitely start with a new n refreshing story!! It'll b awkward to see Bidaai - 2 from where it ended!!!!..

I'll be happy and interested only if its a new n different storyline, with the AWSOME FOURSOME, ..... KinRul N SaNgad!

Bring Our dear KinRul, SaNgad back with a mast storyline, then its again going to rule the TRP charts!!!
