Will Alekh be normal again?

I was just wondering, the entire focus right now is on the Angini track, if Bidaai is going to end on Saturday, with so much still to be resolved with Anmol, Ragini and Shivani, will there be time for Alekhs treatment ...and was Shlok brought back to treat Alek or just so that Shivani cold make an entry as his girlfriend?
