Its thursday evening and everybody is at home busy with the preparation as the wedding is tomorrow. Anmol was at home with kids as well whereas Alekh and Inderjeet were busy with the venue details. Even on the other hand, the preparations were on full swing at Sharma house. Vasu went over to Sharma house to give Ragini her shagun including saris, jewellery, etc for the wedding. Bauji and Kaushalya ji greeted her and Malti served them tea. Ragini was upstairs who had just washed her hands after the mehndi and she was staring at her hands as the colour of the mehndi had turned really red and vibrant.
Vasu: Hum yeh kuch shagun ka samaan Ragini ke liye laayein hai. Kahan hai voh?
Kaushalya: Jee voh zara haath saaf kar rahi hai, mehndi lage kafi waqt ho gaya tha to isliye......main abhi bulaakar laati hoon use.
Vasu: Are nahi nahi, hum khud hi us se mil aate hain upar.
Bauji: Jee jaisi aapki khushi.
Vasu went upstairs and before walking in the room, she saw Ragini engrossed looking at her mehndi on her hand. After long time, Vasu saw her smiling from heart and she was happy for her that after all these years, she will get her happiness. She finally knocked the door and walked in which was enough to get Ragini's attention.
Ragini: Are mummy ji aap? Aap kabh aayi, mujhe neeche bula liya hota
Vasu: Hum bas abhi aaye aur humne socha ki hum khud upar aakar tumhe yeh shagun ka samaan dein.
Ragini looked at all the stuff; the bangles, saris, jewellery, and everything else that is required for newly wedded bride on her wedding. She kept the stuff on the bed and took Vasu blessings. Vasu had tears in her eyes. Ragini wondered what is wrong.
Ragini: Mummy ji, kya hua aap ro kyun rahi hain?
Vasu: Aaj humara paschataap poora ho gaya, Ragini. Humne tumhare saath kitna bura bartaav kiya, Anmol se dubara shaadi ko lekar humne tumhe kya kuch nahi sunaaya jabki tum kabhi Ranveer ko bhula nahi paayi. Anmol ko bhi humne kya kuch nahi kaha aur usne phir bhi ek bete ka faraz poora kiya aur jab hum pata chala ki tum dono ka rishta pati patni jaisa nahi hai, tab humain apni galti ka ehsaas hua. Hum tumhe yehi sunaate rahe ki tumne sabh kuch bhool karkar aur Anmol se shaadi karke, bahut badi galti ki hai. Lekin nahi Ragini, hum galat the. Itne saalon tum hum sabh ke liye jeeti aa rahi ho, is parivaar ki khushiyaan tumhare liye bahut maayane rakhti hain, ranveer ko diya hua ek ek waada tumne nibhaya, achi bahu aur maa ka faraz bhi poora kiya. Aaj tumhe itne saalon baad kuch dekhkar humain bahut khushi hai aur humara dil halka ho gaya kyunki humara paschataap poora ho gaya. Humain maaf kardo Ragini aur hum tumse waada karte hain ki aage se aisi koi galti nahi hogi humse. Ranveer nahi hai aaj to kya hua, humare paas tum ho aur Anmol jaisa beta hai.
Ragini was touched by Vasu's comment and she knew that she didn't wish bad for anyone and any mother would have reacted in the way she did but she was glad that she also moved on like Ragini and accepted Anmol.
Ragini (crying): Mummy ji, aap maafi maang kar mujhe sharminda mat kijiye. Mujhe aapse koi shikayat nahi hai.
Vasu hugged Ragini and they both cried their heart out clearing all the issues between them.
Vasu (wiping her tears): Acha, abh hum chalte hain. Ghar par bhi bahut kaam karne wale padein hain.
Ragini took her blessings and she had teary smile on her face after Vasu left. Later at night, Ragini talked to Anmol asking about the kids and she also narrated him what Vasu said to her ealier. Anmol was happy knowing that everything was sorted out and they all were looking forward to new beginning. Soon, they hung up after wishing each other goodnight. On the other hand, Vasu was sharing her happiness with Inderjeet as she was really happy for Anmol and Ragini. Next morning, its the big day and morning pooja was held in the house and everybody joined the pooja. Kids were having fun in the house and everybody was doing last minute preparations. It was decided that they would take the baraat to the wedding venue where Sharma familly would be there ahead of them to welcome them. Its evening time and Anmol was getting ready. He had worn a sherwani and Alekh was helping him out; Anmol had been smiling seeing himself dressed as a groom as he would finally unite with his love of life, Ragini. He was looking handsome in that cream/maroon sherwani with maroon duppata type cloth around his neck. Alekh was also dressed in gold sherwani. On the other hand at Sharma house, Malti was helping Ragini get ready. Ragini was wearing red sari with heavy silver work done on it; she preferred to wear sari than lehnga as she thought it would be too heavy and secondly it wasn't a big actual wedding, it was their wedding anniversary in which they were taking their vows again. So the wedding was not that grand affair as usual weddings are but still it was conducted in illustrious manner. She wore matching silver earings and necklace set; the red choora in her hand was glimerring and the mehndi was another addition which made her look absolutely stunning. It was now time for them to be at the wedding venue. Sharma family reached the venue around 7 pm and shortly after, Rajvansh family arrived. Kaushalya ji welcomed Anmol inside after doing the tilak ceremony, he took her blessings and they were all welcomed inside. Gunni rushed upstairs in the makeup room along with Tammy and Khushi to see her chachi. She walked inside and Ragini was elated to them all; afterall she was seeing her kids after 2 days and they were more than enough for her. She kissed her angels and hugged Gunni.
Gunni: Wow chachi, aap bahut sundar lag rahi hain. Chachu to dekhkar behosh hi ho jaayenge.
Ragini blushed and smiled at Gunni's comment.
Tammy: Mumma, gunni di bilkul sahi keh rahi hai. Aap bahut beautiful lag rahi ho.
Khushi: Haan maasi maa, bilkul fairy ki tarah.
Ragini: Thank you, ab tum log yeh batao ki tum logon ne kuch khaya ke nahi.
Gunni: Nahi chachi, hum seedha aapse milne upar aa gaye
Ragini: Gunni, aap bachon ko neeche le jayiye aur aap bhi kuch kha lijiye
Gunni: Okay chachi, aur main jaakar chachu ko zara warning dedu taaki baad main aapko dekhkar hairaan na ho jaaye.
Gunni left with kids and Ragini just smiled at her comments. She looked herself in the mirror and she was thinking that she is taking a big step in her life and after 7 years, she would live her life with full heart and with someone who has loved her despite the fact she didn't pay attention to him at all in all those 7 years. She thought to herself that she would mend those mistakes now as she was now agreeing to be in this relationship with her own will. She knew deep down that even Ranveer would be happy to see her live her life fully as he was the one who trusted Anmol enough to be her life partner. Downstairs, everyone was having refreshments and Gunni went upto Anmol telling him how beautiful Ragini was looking as a bride. He could very well imagine in his heart what her bride would look like. It was now time for wedding rituals to take place and Bauji goes upstairs to bring Ragini down to the wedding mandap. He walked in the room seeing her daughter looking beautiful dressed as a bride. He looked at her with teary eyes.
Bauji: Ek babul ke liye beti ka kanyadan sabhse bada punye ka kaam hota aur main bahut khush naseeb hoon ki mujhe yeh saubhagaya phir se mil raha hai. Main bahut khush hoon beta ki tum aur Anmol ji phirse shaadi ke pavitar bandhan main bandhane jaa rahe ho; lekin is baar is rishte ki neev pyaar aur vishwas bhi hai.
Ragini was crying and she hugged her bauji as soon it will be her bidaai once again. Hugging her, he slowly walked her downstairs to the mandap. Anmol was sitting already and his eyes just struck at one point as he saw Ragini coming towards the mandap. Her beauty was personified, being simple, she was yet looking stunning according to him. Her sari, her little makeup and jewellery, added by mehndi and her red choora made her perfect bride. He couldn't take his eyes off of her. It was almost surreal for him to believe that this all was happening and he was finally marrying Ragini with her willingness. Ragini sat next to Anmol and she looked at him and he was smiling at her and she smiled a little. Pandit began the ceremony and they both put their right hand forward for the rituals. Ragini put her hand on top of Anmol's and they shared a gaze at each other. Pandit called bride's parents to do the gathbandhan; bauji and kaushalya tied their gathbandan and gave them blessings. Then they stood to take pheras; first Anmol was ahead and later Ragini was leading the way in front. After sitting down, pandit instructed Anmol to put sindoor and mangalsutra around Ragini's neck. Anmol held the mangalsutra and Ragini slowly turned her face towars to him, he was gazing in her eyes. He wrapped his arms around her neck to ensure the mangalsutra was properly hooked on. Then he took a pinch of sindoor in his fingers and turned around to face Ragini and slowly slid his fingers across her partition in the hair. Ragini closed her eyes and they both had tears in their eyes as it was emotional moment for them; after all those years they finally got together. The ceremony was now completed and they got up to take blessings from everyone. Vasu had happy tears in her eyes; she hugged Anmol and Ragini as Inderjeet also blessed them. Anmol and Ragini took blessings from bauji and kaushalya; Ragini hugged Vineet and Malti and Anmol hugged Vineet. Anmol and Ragini bent down to take blessings from Alekh but he stopped them from doing so; he hugged both of them as he was really happy that they finally got married and they both helped him so much to become normal and Ragini was always there for him and his daughter, Khushi. Sakshi congratulated Ragini and hugged her; Gunni hugged her chachu and chachu. Tammy and Khushi kissed and hugged Anmol. After having dinner, it was time for bidaai. Although, Ragini had been already married she felt emotional again. Bauji and Kaushalya hugged her and gave the couple their blessings; Vineet kissed Ragini's forehead and he asked Anmol to give all the happiness now and Anmol hugged him in return as a promise. Malti hugged Ragini and wished her all the best for future. Anmol saw Ragini crying but he understood how hard it is for any girl to leave her parents. He vowed to himself that he would give Ragini all the happiness that she deserves and he would never let her cry again. Both families departed from the venue and reached their respective homes. At Rajvansh house, Vasu did arti for Anmol and Ragini and welcomed them inside following all the rituals. Gunni took Ragini in her room and Anmol followed later on. Everybody else went to their rooms as well as they were tired from the day's activities. Finally, Ragini and Anmol got re-married on their 8th wedding anniversary but in actual terms, this was their first marriage as it was done with all the rituals and they got blessings from everyone unlike last time.
