Bani,it happened before(sorry to say this again in the rift track) cos it was needed for the story and its happening again!I guess once everyone goes back to the RV house Ranvir might go back to his normal self!

I dont understand why we cant have a healthy discussion, I mentioned in the opening post thats its a problem of the script and direction and not Rgaini. When someone points out this sort of mistakes, instead of fighting and finding fault with each other, the best part is to write in the blog in a polite way that this was not inappropriate for the character of Rgaini...so that the team knows how diligently we follow the show and that we are not without brains.

Anyone who understands Sadhana's character would know that she will never let Alekh go into the fire, she would rather go herself. Another point, Sadhana heard Alekh saying that how would he survive if something happens to his mother. So she must have gone to save Vasu for her Alekhji.

As for Ragini holding on to Ranveer, it was her natural reaction. She does that in pretty much all the scenes. I think she does that for her own moral support than anything else.

Alekh couldn't free himself to save Vasu but when he will know that Sadhana is inside, I am sure no one can stop her hero to save her. Does it mean that his love for Sadhana is stronger than Vasu ? Cvs just have to show Sadhana saving Vasu and Alekh saving Sadhana. It seems end result matters the most to them than a proper script.

I feel that the worst sufferer now is my favourite character, Ranveer. New Creatives have just lost the main issues of Ranveer's character, which made Ranveer so loveable. Initially, in order to prove Anand smarter, they were sort of showing Ranveer dumb. Today was another bad day for Ranveer. The character who always could sense things so well, whether his "zid" to meet Sdahna in the jail, anticipating something must be wrong with her or his ability to identity his brother's "tarap" for Sadhna or tackling Ragini in a warm way during the rift track or leaving the house as a sort of protest. Creatives just are spoiling his basic character.

Another thing, which I noticed today and such a heavy mistake by the director...when the fire set in, did anyone see Ragini was holding back Ranveer, so as to not get inside...what an error in direction? it gave a completely different meaning. One hand, they were showing Rgaini is crying for Mummyji and on the other hand, she is holding Ranveer back...do not the directors proof read ?

@bold - i think Ragini did not stop Ranvir because she was selfish or trying to "save" or "hang-on" to her husband or because they did not feel strong enough for mummyji, it suicidal to jump into an uncontrolled fire and Ranvir is not a professional who knows how to fight fire and save someone. I think it was quite sensible, otherwise, two lives would have been lost instead of one.

What they should have shown was to have Ragvir join the neighbors in throwing buckets of water to control the fire. What I felt was an error in direction was that they showed Ragvir freeze in place while the others were trying extinguish the fire.

@bold - I completely agree! Sadhna was so agitated when Aalekh got a small cut on his finger while cooking and was visibly upset. She would never let Aalekh jump into an inferno and would rather jump in herself.

Ragini is no Avni or Malti, Ragini is Ragini, her quality is way higher than an ordinary girl, esp. when creatives are trying to project that, the girl who can do much to unite mother with sons, that proves her true feelings...creatives should take utmost care to sketch the character of Ragini now, paying attention to minute detail

its true she can hold her husband back for his protection only....but the script actually wanted to show that the neighbours are holding all three, but just misdirected it...its a flaw of the script, which I am over and over trying to point out/...they are just sketching this track somehow..

Now I am not sure, if you are thinking I am sort of trying to demean Ragini...no way... pls find many posts of mine, where I criticise very badly Sara Khan, esp. as regards to her dresses..and even Alekh...

I was referring to the directional approach as well, and sharing that the approach taken by directors may be misunderstood as selfishness on Ragini's part, but the truth is her reaction is sensible in that circumstance.
