actually, I think its not a question about man and woman...the very fact that this sort of discussion comes up, proves that women are still not considered as par with men...

women really needs to speak up for themselves...you know without demeaning, I must say that Ekta's creations like Tulsi, Parvati, Prerna had better personalities than Sadhna and Ragini...they could adopt to any situation and never were afraid to protest against wrong, whoever it was...

Well said. One needs to adopt to any situation. I remember what Sudha Murthy (Infosys Narayana Murthy's wife,(see,I am adressing her as someone's wife 😆)) has told in an interview. Seems she was asked many times that why being so educated, she preferred to take care of children and home where as her husband excelled in his line and fulfilled his ambition. For that, she said that it was a decision between her and her husband that one needs to stay back and take care of the house while another has to work in building Infosys. And she chose to be the one to take care. She said, she doesnt have any regrets because if had she told that she wants to work, her husband would have sit @ home and taken care of children (dont know how many men will seriously do). And she also said that nurturing is in the nature of women and we should not degrade this nature of ours.

P.S: The serious problem with we women is we can debate and discuss on these issues for hours together and then complain that we dont have time😆

That's what I think should happen... a discussion between the two people rather than imposing rules.

I think somehow RS is very fond of "Khamoshi ki Bhasha" 😆
True, Tulsi, Parvati and Prerna had better personalities. It is just that the plot was horrible with so many marriages and affairs.
