Ranveer is good in this track and generally good husband.

No one is perfect.

When ever you face a situation, Look at it in two different dimensions

a) Those who are worse off , so you can Thank the Creator
b) Those who are better, so you can improve

Ranveer is handling the situation to the best of his ability.

WE as a viewer see more than what he as a character does so we really do not have the right to criticize anyone to a great extent because the characters are reacting to their situations.

Ranveer is a good husband because thats the best he can be!
and we see a lot of goodness in him which will help him in the end to achieve what he desires,

Alekh and Sadhana reunite
Vasu's redemption

Though Vasu I do not think will redeem cause thats her nature , thats her. She will go to any extent to achieve what she believes is right with relations to her and her family.

An Excellent quality but misguided in her case.

Just like sadhana she will go to any extent to achieve the happiness of whom she loves but in her case its mostly guided ( except with some tidy bidy glitches thats the human in her cause she errs)

Sadhana and Vasu are the two sides of a coin. Driven by same force LOVE but react completely differently. [ I really love Vasu's character , she is the charm of Bidaai and NO she is not a Vamp]
When Ranveer was saying that he will stand like a mountain in her way , in her ambitions, everyone applauded ranveer but not sure if anyone saw the pain in her eyes of her son going against her.

She is misguided in her own love thats all .

as a new bidaai watcher I saw the episodes where she stood for sadhna against dolly and the love she had for her. The repentance she had in her eyes about sadhana when she wrongly accused her of affair with shlok and so on and so forth

so yes,

Ranveer is doing what he does to the best of his ability. And yes he is a good husband.
He is a good brother
He is a good son as well because its the job of children too to rectify their parents if they go wrong with respect ( which is what he does, speaks to vasu very nicely)

Where as Alekh

He is NOT a good husband (yet- never got a chance to be a real husband really)
He is NOT a good son (blindly following his mother in her rights and wrongs as a sheep)
He is NOT a good brother (never really fulfilled his duties as a jija when Ragini was going through what ever she was and not being honest with Ranveer and not listening to the advices of Ranveer upon his return to bring back sadhna)

Vasu loves Alekh more than Ranveer. That is quite apparent really

Inderjeet hehheeheh... he is a smart guy and knows to handle Vasu well. She is a volcano of emotions ready to burst out, and he calms her down.

- 2 cents ( wow thats a lot of words)

Suchitra welcome! That's lots of cents lol.

You mentioned two points there Saalekh reunion and Vasu's redemption! No mention of Ragini. For her to start her redemption process he needs to do something different as she is not depression anymore.Frankly didn't like how he ignored Ragini's fears yesterday!

I agree with you. Actually I didn't like both Ragini and Ranveer's reactions in that particular scene. Ragini was having a strange feeling that something might be wrong...she asked Ranveer to make a call...there was a pause and Vinu's voice was shaky. Anyone can make out that something terrible might have happened. She did ask Ranveer to take her to KN after the phone was disconnected. But he took everything so causally and lightly. This is not how a mature person like Ranveer would behave. On the other hand Ragini gave up so easily....she should have been more firm and told Ranveer that she needs to meet her parents right away. There seems to be a mental disconnect between RagVir.

Yes I agree. That was illogical but hey , if Ragini finds out right away then there goes a month's worth of episodes.
Thats where the soap aspect comes.
It has to be illogical to elongate to such an extent !

I am pretty sure that if he tries to bring up Sadhna';s topic, there will be many posts labelling as the worst husband.

I must admit that this time at least Ragini made an attempt to find out about his mother. This small gesture is not enough for a daughter, but at least instead of nothing, something is better.

Ranvir can love Ragini all he wants. But the silver lining here is that Sadhana is not mere Ragini's sister but also her Bhabhi. And Ranvir must talk that sense into Ragini that she has to develop tolerance even if she did not like Sadhana for the sake of Aalekh who is her jhetji. If Avni doesn't like Ragini, should Ranvir denounce her?

Kaushi and Naniji also see Sadhana only as behen but not as Jethani or bhabhi.

Its high time Ranvir give Ragini a reality check that if she cant see Sadhana eye to eye as a sister, she must learn to see her as a bhabhi.

Smitha I agree with you here. Time for Ranvir to stop romancing and get firm with Ragini. Also about Ragini's mom part, both were at fault, Ranvir offering Romance and Ragini taking it though she knew something was amiss. She should have run to her maykaa to find out, she could have also gone to tell them she won either way she should have gone.

I have never believed that Ranvir is the best husband there is, especially since the mystery track. The CT never did a good job of explaining why he started acting so meanly, which is why Ragini's redemption scares me so much. Anyways, Ranvir is good for the most part, but not the best. He definately should not have just let Ragini's fears go like that and indulge in romance.
You know, Ragini gets 100% of the blame when the romance comes about how that's all she cares about, but isn't it always Ranvir who initiates it? It's not like Ragini asks him to kiss her or whatever.
Anyways, Ragvir relationship is more physical than emotional, and has been since like forever. The CT simply does not understand nor does it seem like they want to understand what viewers want when it comes to Ragvir even after tons of fans have very learly said that they don't want to see just romance.
Also, I'm kind of surprised that nobody saw a connection between the missing Sharma family and Sadhna participating. Honestly, if it were me, I would have seen a connection between Sadhna dancing and nobody being present from Ragini's family to see her dance because someone is in the hospital.

I agree with Suchitra's thoughts..because if one starts analysing the situation, from the time when both Vasu and Ragini got upset with Sdahna..the reason was the same that Sadhna did not lie in the court. If Ranveer was Ragini's husband, Ranveer was Vasu's son also... Vasu might have crossed limits by actions, and Ragini also crossed limits by her hateful dialogues and expressions. Ragini might have asked Alekh, but she also said at the same time that "she does not care about Sdahna". Ragini acted diplomatic, because as a Bahu of Rajvanshs, she does not have authority to throw another bahu out. So, reduced to square one for Alekh.

Alekh is yet to prove himself, but he is out of his mental instability and slowly learning "duniyadari". Its good he got a brother like Ranveer, who could read his inner thoughts and thus channelised him.

Vasu's redemption is definitely possible. I think then only the problem will be solved. We dont care about Vasu, because she hardly knows Sadhna for a year. But Ragini was expected to act in a different way than Vasu, because she knows Sadhna the most as a friend, as a sister.

Chocolover, funny you should mention that RagVir's marriage is just physical as I was thinking the same esp looking at the recent episodes and its funny considering the fact that Bidaai's physical scenes between the couple are so subtle and tame compared to other serials we see.Their last emotional scene was the garden hug(though they hid things at that time)and just to some extent the scene before Ranvir was taken away(cos I was expecting to see something that time). My gripe with post-marriage Ragvir is that they don't seem to share things thinking it might hurt the other. Not a good example.
