this SBS/SBB show simple things with mirch masala.....and another thing why Rajan ji will tell the future story to SBS or let it out ....... this khas person can be anyone may be a child or something , most probabily they meant lost Dost means getting a wife...as Aalekh will be normal, new person can be normal Aalekh ( my guess based on updates havent watched vid yet)
