I think shubh is repaying back to that gunda(angoothi wala).......for the money he gave shubh....n that's y he got those 2 men to give a warning to dat mom n daughter!!

That is very likely the reason, but I sure hope he comes to his senses soon else he will be the one with all those mota mota rings on his finger... arrgh
