Sanskaar Laxmi 8th June 2011

Hello everyone in the SL world… all you active beings and silent snoopers!! 😆… I pm'd the other updaters and found that they are both extremely busy and so are finding it difficult to update regularly... Therefore to sort the updating problem out I will update whenever they can't until their free, which should hopefully be next week... Wish me luck!!

8th June update

Laxmi is in the kitchen cooking she looks at the time its half 8. Randar arrives and Laxmi makes an excuse to leave the house and goes to the market.

Laxmi sees Suraj she asks what's wrong. Suraj points at her face and says you're not signing the power of attorney. Laxmi looks shocked and asks how he knows. Suraj replies he's not here to answer her questions and she can't sign. Laxmi asks why, to which Suraj replies you're my wife you're linked to that house through me and so if I'm not inheriting anything you have no right to the property either. Laxmi says the house is always yours and everything I'm doing is for your dad. Suraj cuts her off and angrily says you're lying, you're doing everything for the money and you're trapping the family. Laxmi gets shocked at his words and turns to walk away. Suraj grabs her arm and turns her around (not the dramatic exciting turn, he kind of had to put no effort into turning her around😒) he says you were talking about Ragini being a gold digger and now you're doing the same thing. Where are your sanskaar, shouldn't you listen to your husband first. Laxmi tries to interrupt but Suraj continues and says listen carefully if you sign the papers then whatever little ties we have left in our relationship I will break that to. Laxmi goes silent, she turns and is about to cry. She hears a cough and sees a woman, she runs up to her and says "moti behn". Laxmi makes her sit down and drink water and continues to help her. The woman blesses Laxmi whilst Suraj looks on. As she blesses Laxmi saying that 'she prays Laxmi has no problems in her life' the temple bells start ringing. Laxmi looks up looking stronger and walks back to Suraj. She tells Suraj that she won't sign he power of attorney papers. (🤢ahh man….Don't listen to him, he doesn't even like you)

The papers are being prepared for Laxmi to sign. Laxmi returns home saying she not worthy of having the power of attorney. Everyone looks upset except Shobna. Laxmi then says if dad made this decision then I shall follow it. She signs the papers. (Go Laxmi go Laxmi!!) Shobna gets angry and goes to her room. Laxmi sees Shobna and tells her she knew Suraj telling her not to sign was Shobna's plan and it backfired. (I bet Laxmi watches Indian serials too… its always the aunty that hold the wooden spoon😆)

Flashback mode

Laxmi is talking to Suraj and saying I won't sign. She is about to say something else when Suraj interrupts and says I don't want to her your explanation or societies whisperings. He tells her that people would think it was his plan and that he tried to kill his dad so that she could have the power of attorney. Laxmi says no one will think that. Suraj replies that Shobna kaki though this when she came to see me last night. Laxmi gets shocked and says Shobna. Suraj says that Shobna told him she thinks he tried to kill his father on purpose. Laxmi says I am doing this for dad's happiness not to slander your name if anything I am trying to protect your reputation. The doctor said that dad can hear everything and if his wish is not granted then his condition can get worse. Suraj seems to be beginning to understand. Laxmi is crying and shows Suraj a cloth & says I tied this knot with the promise to your mother that I will not change my decision. She starts to open the knot when Suraj grabs her hand, he looks upset. Laxmi looks up at him and Suraj shakes his head slowly signalling no. (😲I had to re watch it again people… yes Suraj did do something which was not selfish😲… there may be some hope left in the man)

Back to present

Laxmi questions Shobna intentions towards the family to which Shobna says who are you to question me. Laxmi starts stating the different relationships she has with each of the family member and then says after signing the power of attorney I'm also dad's successor. She threatens Shobna saying if you try hurting my family I shall combine all my relationships to stand against you. Shobna taunts her saying you have no right on this house as your Suraj's wife and he has been disowned. The reason you were given the power of attorney was that Hurshuk feels bad as he left you stuck with his useless son, this is how he's trying to correct his mistake. You shouldn't act powerful you should act like a begger. Laxmi gets annoyed and say if your husband leaves you in future will you leave your family & home, no you wouldn't so I won't leave mine.

Parag and Vijay talk about Laxmi and the business. Vijay isn't happy with Laxmi getting the power of attorney. Laxmi goes to see Hurshuk and ask for courage.

Suraj is talking to an investor who won't work with him because of his broken family ties. Laxmi calls him up and thanks him for letting her sign the documents but he shouts back at her and tells her to leave him alone. Talks of Laxmi getting an office is happening between the boys, Laxmi says she wants to work from home and says Parag and Vijay will work from the office. Vijay takes a dig at her saying as you wish.

Precap: Ba wants to go to Hurshuk's room and the family are stopping her, she manages to escape and runs towards Hurshuk's room.

Thanx so much for the update! I love this drama. I watch it online but since i don't know Hindi (cause I'm Malay) so its hard to guess what they are talking. They airing the Zee show here with Malay sub but the show is one month late...
