Yes G has not realised it yet.. but she will and than she will be shocked herself... In her mind she has all these concern and over protectiveness as her best friend but she has started to fall in love with him and she does not know about that too... The way she started to run out when her mom told her that Rudra's dadaji and bhabhiji is out there.. but once she will she will start remembering all those little sign here and there.. but she will keep that to herself as Rudra also would not be thinking in those lines... I think it will be dear dadaji who will be able to read between the line and go forward...
Also she genuinely likes Shanker as when he offered to go with her to get Rudra she could see that he was concern for her and also that he respected her love for her friend and did not even misunderstand her and also when her mom has no objection and that is what her mom had wanted since she was a baby... Still she could not answer her mom.. Otherwise the she has always taken the word of her mom as a commmand.. She is not confuse about anything but her heart does not accepting this relationship which seems to be good and suitable for her.. No her heart does not want to think about that possibilities now at all because she refused to think about herself and go forward in her life when her friend Rudra is hurt and dejected and might need her...
