What is missing in this show so far

Some nice bonding like friendship & understanding relationship. Sid and Ishani relationship is getting there, but they're the main leads we also need bonding of them with other characters too. Like they were no follow up of Dr. Juhi and Ishani scene after Dr. Shashank surgery I understand Juhi is a professional at work but there is no harm in showing some bonding between her and Ishani. I wanted Anjali to bond with Juhi and Ishani too but Anjali is too much of a spoiled brat right now to have a good relationship with anyone, there was also no need to add 3 negative characters in such an early stage of the show. Vardhan should be enough and then later on they can add some more negative characters.

These are the 4 main characters of Sanjivani so why not show some nice poignant between them?

It also needs the equations of junior doctors , not when they are dealing with patients but maybe during their break time in the cafeteria. Like to know whose team they are in , Dr sid or Dr Rishab, friendship or rivalry etc

And definitely their lives outside of the hospital, especially for Ishani.

They are not balancing. I mean its not a total medical drama like House MD (if it was it would have a better medical side details). So, it should show the bondings also. Not the friendship if thy can but at least junior senior relationship right.

Nobody ever seems tired here! I mean there's lot go inside a hospital everyday. We would like to wtach those moments.

What I'm expecting is..

1. To show some great teaching sessions by senior doctors to the junior residents..either suturing or any case presentation or theory... anything but I want to see some classroom things.

2. Bonding between junior residents... I want to see how they get closer to each other...be best friends..chit chats in fun time sharing their lives.

3. To know more about residents' and doctors' personal lives...their house scenarios...past stories etc.

4. Proper team division. I get confused which junior doctor is working under whom😅

5.waiting for night duties and call room/locker room scenarios too.🤣🤣

Yes yes I want to see them tired after working 36 hours ..I want them to look messy and desperate to go home and take shower and after that their personal life.

Same. They need to show some inter personal relations.

Also they need to show follow up scenes in case of Ishani. I see with Sid they give good follow up scenes be it post op scene with first kid he saved or later with other patients but with Ishani connect is missing. Like all residents gave her accusing eyes, told her to take complain back but no follow up scene after she did it. Shashank said sorry on her behalf to Sid which I don't why he did so and no follow up scene on that. Juhi gave her punishment when we know Ishani was right but no follow up scene later with Ishani. Such things leads to disconnect. They need to balance it out and give a bit on their personal relations too and inter relations too

The last fortnight episodes were more in terms of drawing out individual characters & their broadstroke equation with an opposing ideology / POV equivalent character - rich poor, rules for reason to bending them for reason , rights to what is rightful without staging in and involving or investing deeper the process of interlacing the key with brace characters within the expected places on ladder, IMO, they need to intersect professionally as well as personally with lighter, brighter narrative, inbetween, instead of fleeting blithe reference, as the genre deals with overall serious tone,which needs occasional migrate to neutralise & balance.

This week's party sequence is likely to set the pace 😃

A bit shushyness.. Complaining about workloads and their seniors. Cursing them.. Joking around.. Mocking them...

Its how the env in a hospital works.
