PART 5 (B)
Parth moved towards the broken laptop. He kneeled down and held the broken fragments of it in his hand. His blood was boiling. It had the details of his most important project! This clumsy girl was becoming a nuisance!
Vidushi was still standing, absolutely petrified.
Parth got up slowly and started walking towards Vidushi. He stopped 5 inches away from her.
"I had the details of my most profitable and important project in that laptop. Do you realise the damage you have done to me?" he said to Vidushi in a low, cold and dangerous voice which sent shivers up her spine.
He moved closer and Vidushi closed her eyes anticipating the worst...

Parth pinned Vidushi against the wall and whispered in her ear..."Guess what, darling?"
"Shit! He's going to kick me out!" Vidushi exclaimed worriedly in her mind.
"It's ok," he whispered.
Then he step backwards and flashed a huge grin at her. "It's fine. You didn't do it on purpose!" he said.
Vidushi was shell shocked!! She still had her job, and he didn't scold her even a bit! How was that even possible??
"Gosh! You scared me, Parth!" she said, laughing nervously.
"Not Parth...you have to call me sir. We are at our workplace, not at home," Parth told her.
"You may leave," he said before Vidushi could reply.
She left the cabin and went back to her desk. Parth left her puzzled and perplexed with his sudden mood swings. From angry to all happy and understanding to formal. All in a matter of moments! Damn! She had never come across a more complex person.

Parth relaxed on his chair. He had managed to control his anger somehow.
Otherwise, something very bad would have happened to that girl.
He had lost some really important work details and files but he had to tolerate and keep that girl with him till he got Natasha back.
She had been saved for now...but she would pay for the damage she had done.
She definitely would.

Both of them went back home together.
Vidushi cooked some spaghetti and served it to Parth with ketchup, just as he liked it.
Both of them ate in silence. They were very tired.
After dinner, when all the plates had been washed, he yawned, wished Vidushi good night and went to sleep.
Vidushi got her pen drive out and sighed. She was absolutely safe.
It was smart of her to download the confidential files in the pen drive before the laptop broke.
Now she just needed to find those hard copies.
She smiled.
