Touched My Heart
The last round of the paper-dance was going on...only dharam's team n Sandhir were left now...Sandhir were close,very close...so close that they could feel eachother's breath...so close that they could hear each other's heart...Their faces adjacent to eachother's they dint dared look into eachothers' eyes...Randhir was trying to look heywhere on the roof n Sanyu was looking down...Her feet overlapping his...They were dancing slowly,just moving their feet a bit on the rythm of the music in background...All of a sudden,Sanyu got imbalanced n was about to fall,but Randhir grabbed her from the waist thus ceasing her from falling...She looked into his eyes as they kept dancing...His eyes had an unknown desire for her,she had never seen so much passion in them...They were soo engulfed in eachother that they dint even realised that the music had stopped n the other team had actually tripped...finally they won...
As Kaustuki came to Sanyu,Randhir loosened his grip over her waist n she left his feet slowly still gazing him...Kaustuki hi-fived Sanyu n thus Sanyu came out of the trance n realised they had won...Kaustuki said to both - "U guys have won,so now its time for them to pay-backk...go grab the opportunity Sanyu" said Kaustuki merrily...Sanyu looked at Randhir n then moved towards the losing group...She glared at them n said "Now its the time to fulfill the bet's 2nd part...u guys gotta make us wear shoes" she said mockingly...
Dharam n his gang agreed to it and started giving evil smirks...Randhir wasnt liking this part...He went to Sanyu n tried to tell her this aint gud,but she shooed him off!!!...Randhir went ahead n pointed them to make n him wear the shoe...Dharam signalled his other two collegues to go n do the deed,n they obeyed n did it...now dharam moved ahead towards Sanyu to make her wear the sandal...He took her sandal in his hand,n was about to grab Sanyu's feet,when Randhir held his hand...he took Sanyu's Sandal from dharam,n said to Sanyu "Since U had already won earlier over me today,i deserve to do this more than these guys"...Sanyu was surprised,but didnt resisted n he made her wear those sandals...His mere touch on her feets were creating butterflies in her stomach now...What was so magical about him,she wasnt able to understand!!!but it was bothering her that why he stopped Dharam from finishing off the bet's reward...All done,everyone moved to their respective groups n Sanyu went to the food stall to check if all was right...
Randhir could see Dharam n his gang gossiping about something...but then Randhir decieded to leave it n buried his face on his cellphone...Sanyu moved to Kaustuki n started chattering with her...LITS and the gang came to the drinks stall n did as they had planned,i.e. spiking the drink...Kaustuki was feeling thirsty n sanyu offered to bring cold-drink for her...Sanyu went to the stall n was about to grab the pepsi when Dharam's captain arrieved their n requested to have cold-drink with them...Sanyu tried to avoid his offer but he handed her a glass of pepsi...Out of courtsey,Sanyu was about to drink it but jst then Randhir arrieved there n said to her "I need to talk something important regarding the fest with u sanyukta" ...and before Dharam's friend could even stop him,Randhir grabbed Sanyu's hand n took her outside the hall...
Sanyu was shocked at his acts...what was going on in his mind,she was unable to guess or decode it...she jerked his hand n said "Whats wrong with u???Whats ur problem???Just because am not saying anything doesnt mean u will do anything u want...earlier also u ceased dharam from making me wear the sandals...n now u brought me here for no reason...whats up with u???"
Randhir wanted to tell her that he felt those guys were up to something...but then he said "I dont need to answer up every question that u ask...n I brought u here just to tell u that dont drink that Pepsi ok" saying this he pointed towards the glass in Sanyu's hand...Hearing it,Sanyu moved away a little,n said "Oh in that case,I also dont need to follow every instruction of urs!!" N Saying this she gulped the whole glass of pepsi in one go!!!
Randhir was stunned...He grabed her shoulders n shaking her he said "U silly girl,dont u understandd it might have been spiked by the opponent!!Now get ready to bear the consequences of ur stupidity...huh!!m not gonna stay-up all the time saving u from others!!" n leaving her shoulders he turned back thinking what if the drink is actually spiked...Sanyu grabbed his wrist and mumbled softly "Randhirrr...why m feeling my eyes r like a camera lens and u seem to be a bit out-of-focus from it...why r the lines seeming blurrr to me"...
Randhir smiled a bit hearing it,n turned around...But he was concerned about her,for he guessed yeah the drinked was indeed spiked...Sanyu was fumbling,n mumbling...n trying to walk,she was stumbling..."See,i told u not to drink it!" Randhir said angrily...
He felt disgusted at her ego...Thought of taking her to the hostel,but then he grabbed her frm waist,n putting one of her arms on his shoulders,supported her,taking her to the roof-top...the sky was blackk n the stars were twinkeling off their light...
Randhir left her on one side of the terrace n move towards the other side of it...
Sanyu stood up n climbed over the terrace's boundary wall n shouted randhirrr...His heart skipped a beat as he turned n saw her trying to walk on the rim of the wall...He reached to her ASAP n grabbed her in his arms to put her down back on he ground there...He was angry yet scared of what could have happened..."Damn U Sanyu,I know u r not in ur senses right now,but cant u see what u r doing to urself...agar tumhe kuch ho jata to mai..." saying this he stopped...n turned away,tears were starting to fill his eyes..."See where u have landed urself by not listening to me n drinking that though i asked u not to..." Randhir said in a broken voice...
Sanyu started laughing heartily n said - "U r not the only smart person here...I knew it could be spiked...so i had priorly told the caterer that if any other team approaches n takes the cold-drink,he should swipe it with an new one...n see he just did it"...Sanyu smirked mockingly,signaling him a thumbs-down!!!She spoke again "I just wanted to see what u do to me if i actually get out-of-my senses...He glared at her angrily for this mockery...
Moving closer to him,she spoke again "But the thing thats bothering me is why r u so concerned about all this...why does it matters if my drink is spiked...why is it bothering u if the other guy touches my feet??Why Randhir Singh Shekhawat,whyyy???"
He looked directly into her eyes,they had a mixture of unknown emotions in them!!!Slowly he took her right hand n brought it in between their face,n said "Because of this" ,showing her ring finger...He spoke again "This might be merely a ring,but it touches the Heart...n yeah I might have forced it to u just to irritate u with it,but it has actually touched my heart" Randhir eyes were red after saying this...Maybe because of anger,or because of tears,or passion or Love...she just didnt knew!!!!!!
She was spellbound by his unexpected confession!!!
