As Manu is the central point of the show, so obviously the stories revolve around him. He is kind and innocent guy who believes in "jab bura kiya nahi hai to bura hoga bhi nahi". He is too good to be true in today's day and age.

Do you like his kind and naive nature, or it is annoying, or it is far fetched for your liking?

Hi!

The promo for this show on Instagram grabbed my attention because everything looked much more realistic then in some ITV shows I used to watch.

Since I don't understand Hindi, I came here to find something more about the story. Is there any written update, I couldn't find it.

Nevertheless, I've watched the show mostly because I still could understand that Manu is good human being. He loves his family, respects elders, can face bitter moments of life.

This world (including ITV world) needs more people like Manu. That's why I want to support this show, and that's why I'm writing this comment. Just hope that soon I could watch it on YouTube with English subtitles.

Manu is not naive, I think, he just doesn't have much life experience. But challenge he has met will push him to grow as a person. On the other side, his bride will also have to learn a lot living in a new family. She is equally unexperienced as Manu is. They just have lived so far in totally different worlds.

I like both the leading actors, they perfectly suite their roles. Actually, I pretty much like everything about this show.

When actor playing Manu(Mohit kumar) said that character of manu is kind, innocent and different-thinks from heart and i saw the promo how Manu is helpful and good human being, I was bit skeptical to look forward. As I am not too fond of goodie-goodie and uberly white characters. I find them unappealing as well as their positivity come across annoying at times . As Mohit have done a character like shravan(edkv2) before, which was quite dynamic and flawed, so compared to that the charcter arc of Manu seemed one dimentional.

Once I start to watch the show...the kindness and innocence, was expected, but makers did make a nuanced character. He may be innocent and a kind soul, but pretty sharp to read the situation. He is not dumb, and his experience is sure make him more smart and strong in coming days. He may be postive, but not delusional to think sab thik ho jaayega without any effort. In fact, he express his disappointment pretty clearly. As he is shy and calm guy, his emotional response are not overtly done. It is restricted yet impactful, and mohit is doing a fab job.

I think despite sketchy executions & loopholes as we discussed earlier, the show is bearable. Initially, I decided to let Gargi open up post abrupt marriage, however, I felt she was somewhat more blunt. Though at least it's out but I feel Manu is more of punching bag at times for her to release her frustration. At least Manu allows for her to have her space and Gargi will show signs of feeling ashamed if a mistake is not made.

I'm more interested in seeing how Manu strikes a deal with Gargi and Vishwas for 6-7 months afterwards letting Gargi go in the direction that she prefers to go to.

True...Manu indeed become gargi's punching bag. Its like whatever she can't express to her father, she end up blasting Manu. 😵

I loved when yesterday Manu finally spoke up...gargi's demenour be like "isme itni himmat kaha se aa gayi" 😆
